We totally recommend this hotel. It's in a beautiful old building, very well preserved and refurbished, and in a great location: in the Xidi old town, but a little bit more isolated, in the more quiet and less touristy area. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very stylish, it even had a tiny annexed studio room with desk and interesting books with a good kettle and tea set available. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had a very nice bathtub and heated toilet. Our host was super nice and helpful, he came to pick us up and dropped us at the bus station at the end of our stay. He's really friendly and gave us some nice tips on visiting the surrounding villages. He has a very cute dog and a cuddly cat :) Only negative comment: the room's window is on the side of the main road, so you can hear all the cars passing by. But even then, a great stay!

The guesthouse itself feels like an integral part of the scenic area, featuring a garden restaurant and a coffee bar where you can even pet cats. The owner is fantastic, offering luggage pickup and drop-off services right from the bus station. It's a highly recommended place to stay.

The lady boss and the boss were very nice. They told me when we would arrive and waited for me. They took my luggage to the scenic area with a small electric car. The boss also took me to see the busy streets and introduced the route. It was very late and the boss helped me to contact a carpool to Huangshan Scenic Area. They were very enthusiastic. The hotel facilities were the same as those of chain hotels. It was also very quiet to sleep in the scenic area at night. There were no cars coming and going, only the chirping of insects and birds. The sound insulation of the houses in the scenic area was not very good.

一大家子國慶自駕出門旅行，最難訂的就是住宿了，機緣巧合碰到這家民宿恰巧有幾間空房，民宿在景區外，但是地理位置非常好，離宏村入口非常近，步行幾百米過個小橋就能到，之前問了別家沒辦法解決停車的問題，我們三輛車的停車問題老闆都給解決了。民宿房間的床非常大，標間都是1.5米的大床，住四個人都沒問題，我們一大家子5間房，老闆全部安排在了一層樓，大家串門很方便，家人都很滿意。民宿的裝修比較簡單，不算很有特色，但是房間乾淨，該有的都有，紙巾水也都是品牌的，可以説老闆很用心了。

I fancy the star vacant room. Although the season is wrong, it is very quiet. On the way to get up early to see the scenery, I accidentally photographed the village under the sunrise. It was covered in the morning mist. It was beautiful! The boss sister is very nice and enthusiastic. If you have any questions, you will answer them one by one. The recommended restaurant is delicious and does not step on thunder. Very suitable for people who want to relax and not like to live for a few days. It is not far from the Hongcun scenic spot. It is suitable for car travel.

If you have luggage, head north from the west gate towards the tree; otherwise, entering from the west gate requires walking along a stone path, which is inconvenient for dragging suitcases. From the small square near the village entrance, turn right at the first intersection in the alley leading to Xie Yuda Tea Shop, then turn left at the next intersection – it's about a minute walk. It's a two-minute walk from the guesthouse to the west gate. After crossing the bridge, there are many restaurants, including traditional tea shops, and barbecue stalls at night. The guesthouse is located on the back street of the main commercial area, a good location yet quiet. The owner is very kind; when we went to the main gate or west gate, the owner even came to meet us and show us the way. Although it's a guesthouse, it's very clean. We stayed on the second floor, and it wasn't damp even in autumn and winter. The bathroom isn't a separate shower and toilet, but it's quite large for a guesthouse. Overall, it's a very suitable place to stay during a trip, allowing you to get up early and experience the tranquil beauty of a southern Anhui village.
