The hot springs were okay, but perhaps because we went during the off-season, there were only two pools available, so the experience wasn't great when it was crowded. The service was impeccable, with attentive care throughout from check-in to check-out. Special praise goes to Sister Qian at the front desk, who not only patiently explained the town's sightseeing guide but also proactively recommended local delicacies; her meticulous attention to detail made me feel incredibly warm. The rooms were clean and tidy, fully equipped, and thoughtfully designed. Every day here was comfortable and pleasant; I will definitely choose this place again next time I visit Heshun!
