I cannot praise this hotel enough - everything is truly 5 star class even more so this time around. Thank you for everything you did for us to make our stay unforgettable once again. Every single member of staff (some we remembered) from housekeeping to pool staff, concierge to front desk, waiters, waitresses, absolutely everyone was so polite and helpful - thanks to all of you. A big thank you to guest services for spoiling us with unexpected stunning surprises! Finally a very HUGE thanks to Ramon for looking after us (and dealing with my fussiness on our 1st day!) he said he hoped to make our stay unforgettable and it most definitely was! thanks so much it was a pleasure to come back and be pampered by everybody! It will hold a very special place in our memories for a very long time. Thanks Ramon and management!"
