The hotel upgraded our room, which was spacious and warm, with complete facilities and a rich breakfast. The service was also excellent. However, I felt that the towels and bath towels in the room were old and rough to the touch. The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the Hotan Museum, within walking distance.

My top choice for accommodation in Hotan! This newly opened Hilton Garden Inn in 2024 truly delivers as an international brand. Its downtown location is incredibly convenient, just a 20-minute drive from the airport, and within walking distance to the night market and museum. The modern design seamlessly integrates Silk Road elements, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The in-room floor heating and humidifier are a thoughtful touch, perfect for the dry climate of Southern Xinjiang. They also offer 24-hour fitness, free parking, and attentive robot service. Breakfast is a treat with freshly brewed milk tea, 'gangzi rou' (a local specialty stew), and fresh squeezed pomegranate juice – authentic and plentiful. The service is warm and friendly, and the airport drop-off service is a huge bonus. Excellent value for money!

I chose this hotel for my business trip because they offered airport pickup and drop-off, which is a great perk. It's one of the better hotels in the area, very clean, and the breakfast spread was excellent. Since it's newly renovated, there was still a slight new smell. The hotel did provide the airport transfers, and overall it was a good experience, though on one occasion for pickup, we missed our flight, so the driver couldn't pick us up. When I inquired at the front desk about picking up the next flight, they informed me that they wouldn't pick up if a flight was missed.

The room was fantastic, and the kids absolutely loved it. It offered great value for money, and the hotel staff (especially the lady at the front desk) provided excellent service. She gave us lots of little gifts before we left and even helped us call a taxi. Many thanks!

After a dusty drive from Shache to Hotan, we checked in and immediately felt comfortable the moment we stepped into the lobby. Perhaps because it wasn't too busy, they upgraded our room. The room was very spacious, had a bathtub, and all the facilities felt quite new. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly. When we left, we forgot a charger, and they promptly contacted us to have it sent back.
