Very comfortable The only pity is that the room has no good view But it snowed heavily at night The terrace looks out and the roof tiles are snowy and beautiful Two meals in the morning and evening for two nights Food quality is high and there is no repeat In the morning, there is a salmon tea stained rice and a Japanese breakfast. The eel rice is very special, but I personally prefer traditional Japanese style. Overall a high quality two nights I will definitely come back to Songjiang to stay at the Meiguan.

I appreciate a lot on: - warm and friendly staff who could not speak much English but were very nice to explain to me the details of the hotel - gorgeous garden where you could take a seat and enjoy the view - free Japanese alcohol at 1500-1800 (soft drinks until 2100) - impressive free Japanese cultural performance at 2110 - quick and positive response despite I made several urgent requests due to sudden plan change - free shuttle bus service between JR station and hotel if you approached front desk for information - the environment of the public bath was quite clean - totally different food combination in dinner for 2 nights Considering the price I paid for such service, I would say the quality is definitely beyond my expectation. :) Thank you every hotel staff who made my experience a better stay!!

I was driving myself, so I'm not sure about other public transportation options. The service at check-in was excellent. Being from Hong Kong, I specifically requested a ********* staff member to serve me during meals. They were incredibly attentive, explaining each dish meticulously. On another day at breakfast, this same ********* staff member also arranged for friends and family staying in different rooms to sit together. As for the hot springs, there were different areas and types to choose from. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely come again.

The design of the room is very bad, if you want to use your own private bath, you have to put on your clothes after taking a shower, and then walk back to the end of the room before walking out to the bath, why is the bathing place not next to the bath? Besides, the food is terrible! We booked breakfast and dinner, because of the location of the hotel there are no restaurants nearby, but it was really very disgusting, and no choice, and did not understand whether the guests have food sensitivities, or what food cannot be eaten, the only option is to eat and Buried and not eaten. The trip came to Matsuyama City in Shimane Prefecture, Japan. I came here because of a temporary change in schedule due to a typhoon. So this accommodation was also booked temporarily. When we checked in, we saw that our couple had two children. So they insisted that we wouldn't be allowed to move in unless we got another room. There is no other way, it is late, so I can only pay the money obediently. Two rooms total 3,000 RMB… It is true that some hotels in Japan charge per person. But the feeling at the scene was that it was unhappy. The manager who was wearing glasses and a tie was greeted at the front desk. It feels somewhat contemptuous, so I'll give it a neutral rating.

We had a slow stay! The bath was also put in the bath of the next inn, so I enjoyed it!! It was nice with a polite response.
