Hot Springs Hotels in Kamo District

The view from the hotel can be said to be really great! Dinner is also delicious, especially the appetizer drink is very special, quite delicious. But breakfast tastes more general. The hotel's facilities have also been around for a certain year, clean but not so modern. The service is still very good, specially arranged for a little brother from the UK to communicate in English barrier-free. Where you feel bad: About 13 rooms in total? There are about 10 rooms and the view in the lobby, and the other three rooms will be much worse and the sunset cannot be seen. Our room was unfortunately arranged in one of the three rooms that was worse. The location of dinner, our dining room is directly on a large wall in the middle, with a small window on both sides, it is difficult to enjoy the sea view, but fortunately it is dark early. But we noticed that Japanese guests were basically arranged in a full sea view dining room. Breakfast - also arranged in a dining room with sea views blocked. The overall hotel is very beautiful and the service is very good. But the room, dinner and breakfast three are very unfortunate to be arranged in a bad view, it is difficult to make people not to think about whether the hotel takes priority to Japanese guests.

This stay at inatori got to be one of the best decisions made. The room came with an absolutely stunning sea view which made this trip from the bustling city worth it!! You need to add the breakfast and dinner to your package too because the food served are top quality and so so delicious. We ate till we were stuffed every single night!! There’s no other hotel that come close to this amazing experience we had here. We also enjoyed the private onsen which can be booked by paying +$$ As the place is very much catered to local tourists, most of the menu, instructions are in Japanese, so just use your translator app if you have any questions! They do have staff who can speak English / mandarin!

This hotel clearly puts a lot of thought into its cuisine. The variety of ingredients and the diversity of species are the richest and highest quality I've ever experienced. The hotel even displays kitchen awards and news reports. In addition to the large public bath, the onsen (hot springs) have seven complimentary private baths available on a first-come, first-served basis. Combined with the view of the vast ocean, it's the perfect way to enjoy the experience.

Was a truly beautiful stay, rooms are spacious and staff are beyond accommodating, hotel is situated right in front of the 7-falls, which turned into my beautiful morning walk, the hotel onsen are amazing, bus stops right out front of the hotel from kawazu station. I came out to the hotel specifically for the frog zoo directly next door! Which was also absolutely amazing.

The hotel provides a pick-up service from Izu Jiudadama. The shuttle bus is on time. I am not afraid of not finding the hotel at night. I booked a Japanese-style room for four people on the same day. At that time, the waiter has prepared the tatami bed, but there are fewer restaurants nearby! But go to the 27th Nanyidou cherry blossom and rape flower festival at night cherry blossom spot and bamboo lantern spot about 10 to 15 minutes away!

Ambiance: The scenery is absolutely stunning! Stepping out onto the balcony from the French windows and being right in front of the sea is just incredibly relaxing. Cleanliness: The room was very clean and spacious. Facilities: All the amenities you could ask for, including hot springs, a heated pool, a restaurant, and a coffee shop. Service: The staff were very welcoming and enthusiastic.

This is a charmingly rustic onsen hotel. The room doors even have old-fashioned doorknobs. I booked a renovated, newer room type for one night, which featured separate shower and toilet areas. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the station; I saw staff holding the hotel's sign before I even left the station exit. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by staff. Check-in was smooth, with the front desk patiently explaining everything. The sixth floor provides tea and snacks at certain times of the day. Dinner was quite good; knowing we were Chinese guests, they specially arranged for a Chinese-speaking attendant. He was very enthusiastic, introducing each dish, and the ingredients were fresh. The main course, pan-fried alfonsino, was delicious. The bathhouse is large and includes outdoor pools, and the onsen water is excellent and very relaxing. In the evenings, there are local citrus jellies in a small fridge by the bathhouse entrance – a perfect treat after a soak. Breakfast was also very extensive. If you're doing an in-depth tour of Izu, staying here for two nights (I believe staying two consecutive nights also includes a complimentary lunch) is an excellent choice before heading further south. Afterward, you can take the shuttle back to Izu-Nagaoka Station. Previous reviews mentioned some guests feeling discriminated against as Chinese visitors, but I didn't experience that. As for stuffy rooms or strong smells, it's pretty common for older Japanese-style hotel rooms to have the natural scent of cypress, bamboo, and tatami mats. I believe only the fourth floor has renovated rooms with separate bathrooms. I personally can't stand showers with bathtubs, so I specifically looked into it, and soon after, Trip.com offered upgraded room options. Yes, the restaurant did have a slight cooking smell, but it was tolerable. In short, for guests who are very particular and demanding, Izu might not be the best choice, as there are very few international luxury hotels here. I hope this review is helpful to others. Some small surprises are best experienced for yourselves!

This is a bit worn out and simple hotel. The best things were the extremely friendly and helpful staff, as well as the super delicious dinner & breakfast that was included in the price. I ate maybe the most delicious croissant ever here. The variety and the quality of food was great. Things to improve are  the facilities, especially the onsen. It’s very small but more importantly, it wasn’t well maintained and there was no emergency button. When my mom felt like fainting, it wasn’t possible to call for help.  Also the air conditioner in the room was very loud, making it difficult to sleep. All in all, good stay.

Our overall stay here was a delightful surprise. Before booking, I was quite apprehensive after seeing a number of negative reviews online, which made me hesitant. However, once we checked in, I was truly amazed: the hotel boasts breathtaking, endless ocean views, and you wake up every morning to a stunning vista of the blue sea. The room itself was exceptionally spacious, more than enough for our family of three. The hotel features natural hot springs, not just heated tap water. My daughter even noticed the salty taste, which confirms the authenticity of the spring water 😂. The owner is incredibly warm and friendly, and can even communicate in Chinese. The only minor drawback is that some facilities are a bit dated, but for just 1,000 yuan a night, the value for money is outstanding. If your main itinerary involves visiting Izu Omuroyama and seeing the hydrangeas at the zoo, and you won't be spending extended periods inside the hotel, this place is an excellent choice. The drive along the coast offers continuous scenic views; the atmosphere is unique and incredibly therapeutic. I genuinely recommend it.

The hotel is right by the sea. The view from the window of the room is very beautiful. Dinner and breakfast are complete and delicious. There is an outdoor onsen upstairs of the hotel. And there is a private onsen as well. The staff are willing to serve even though they can't speak English. But try to communicate with the guests Overall worth the price paid.
