Outstanding
MM519193****Super satisfied! There is a special butler who is responsible for your diet and other arrangements every day. It is a Vietnamese lady. The English is very fluent. It will also have a little Chinese. The service is very good.
Especially worth mentioning is that the dinner is particularly good. The ingredients are fresh. All kinds of seafood lobster sashimi. The abalone is oversized. The taste is really good. The price is full.
Our room type is a balcony with foot soup. It is very special. It is very comfortable to watch the maple leaves in the courtyard.
The hotel has private soup and public soup. Private soup needs to be reserved at one time every day. Free tea every day. Ice cream and milk are provided.
The only possible location is relatively remote. It is not convenient for tourists who are not self-driving. There is no reception at the front desk when we first entered the check-in, which caused us to find a long time.
But the whole is really good, very recommended
GGuest UserI booked this trip for my boyfriend's birthday!
In conclusion, it was fantastic!
I sent an email beforehand asking for help with a surprise, and they kindly agreed and even offered suggestions.
On the day of our arrival, I was so excited, but we were warmly welcomed from the entrance, which made me very happy.
We booked dinner and breakfast, and the portions were incredibly generous! My boyfriend was very satisfied and ate with a smile, saying how delicious it was!
The hot springs were also great, and the view was wonderful. It was a truly happy time.
As for the surprise, it was a huge success!
The staff cooperated so well, and my boyfriend was overjoyed!
It was a truly unforgettable trip!
Thank you so much for a wonderful time!
We will definitely use your services again!
治治田直The room boasts a superb location with a 180-degree panoramic view. The open-air bath at sunset was absolutely fantastic!
The meals were served with meticulous care, like a kaiseki course, allowing us to slowly savor the seafood.
Breakfast featured fresh and carefully prepared dishes. The spiny lobster miso soup was especially delicious.
With a 12 PM checkout, we were able to enjoy a luxurious and relaxing time in our room, listening to the sound of the waves and gazing at the sea.
The staff were all very kind. There were no foreigners who spoke broken Japanese, making for a very comfortable and reassuring experience.
CcyouennThe 16 videos and photos alone speak volumes about my satisfaction with this hotel! I wasn't entirely satisfied with the room I booked based on the photos, but it was even better in person. It's the first time I've ever experienced a hotel that's actually better than the photos! The food was absolutely amazing! My two elders were blown away by their first experience at a Japanese onsen hotel, enjoying the food every day! Meals like this would cost at least 1,000 per person in China. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, with a charming traditional design and decor. Located near the beach, the long string of red lanterns along the path outside, along with the steam rising from the roadside and cherry blossoms, created a scene reminiscent of ”Spirited Away.” Breakfast and dinner were both plentiful. What deserves the most praise is the hotel service; they were attentive, warm, and very welcoming, offering us much help and care. Thank you!
Llaughing878Overall very good, the hotel is also old, the facilities are complete but a bit old, it can be regarded as clean, the hot spring on the fifth floor can see the stars at night, the first floor is relatively small, the service staff is very warm, there is Chinese service, rice pick-up station has a shuttle bus
GGuest UserEven though I didn't get to use the hot springs, the scenery here is absolutely breathtaking! The service was also excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. What really stands out is the location – you can see the ocean right from your balcony, and there's a pool too. It's incredibly good value for money! Plus, the room had no weird smells and was very comfortable. I'd definitely come back here if I get the chance.
RRita0729A quiet onsen town, with traditional Japanese rooms. It's slowly becoming commercialized, and fewer places offer dinner and breakfast served in your room these days. This stay, however, was a great experience. Since it was our anniversary, the staff even arranged for us to have a pair of mandarin ducks in our room. They took photos of us and gifted them to us at check-out, which was a lovely touch. We visited on a weekday, so the public bath felt almost like a private one. Enjoying the public bath all to ourselves, gazing at the ocean and listening to the waves, was incredibly relaxing. The hotel's shuttle bus is super convenient, getting guests to Izu-Atagawa Station in just a minute.
GGuest UserThis is a bit worn out and simple hotel. The best things were the extremely friendly and helpful staff, as well as the super delicious dinner & breakfast that was included in the price. I ate maybe the most delicious croissant ever here. The variety and the quality of food was great. Things to improve are the facilities, especially the onsen. It’s very small but more importantly, it wasn’t well maintained and there was no emergency button. When my mom felt like fainting, it wasn’t possible to call for help.
Also the air conditioner in the room was very loud, making it difficult to sleep. All in all, good stay.
GGuest UserThe view from the window was amazing, the swimming pool and other facilities were nice, and the location was convenient, but in terms of accommodation, the price-performance ratio was quite low… The Japanese-style room had a musty smell from the tatami mats, and the air felt stale. The comforter was dirty, with many yellow stains, and annoyingly, they were visible… I was devastated… I accidentally saw the bed being made, and the comforter and sheets might have touched the floor. Even worse, the side of the pillow that was touching the head might have been on the floor before being turned over and arranged… Luckily, I only stayed one night, but I couldn't accept it and wouldn't stay there again.
