Very good hot spring hotel, first-class service facilities, friendly staff, although the room is a bit old, but clean and comfortable. The Japanese-style room is very beautiful. The one I stayed in had a private open-air bath, which was very beautiful! On the day I stayed there, we were the only Chinese, and the other customers I saw were all Japanese. The hotel staff were very polite and friendly to foreigners! English speaking staff! Although the price is a bit expensive, it's worth it! The location is about an 8-minute drive from JR Aragatsu Onsen Station, and a taxi is not expensive. The hotel has a dedicated bus shuttle, just book it on the official website. There's not much to do around here. The buffet has a rich variety of food and drinks. But we only have 90 minutes to eat, it would be better if we could have 120 minutes. If you do not choose the buffet, you can choose the Kaiseki cuisine. You can drink as much as you want in the room, including Japanese sake, beer and juice. All in all, I would stay here again.

The bedding is very comfortable. There is tea set in the room. This is a heat preservation pot, so it is very cold in the morning. If you want to drink tea in the room in the morning, we suggest you drink hot water. Cold water is available. The refrigerator in the room is big. Mr. Nakai is a lovely mother who likes to eat.

There are several hot spring bathrooms with different styles and functions, and there is a prospect bath on the roof. Hotel food is OK, but compared to the Kurokawa Hot Springs in Kumamoto before, it is a little inferior. The Japanese-style room is large, with 14 posts, enough to lie down for a dozen people! Two local traditional snacks were also placed in the room. Very intimate.
