Amazing
NN YipThis is a family trip for two adults and two kids. And we stayed in the hotel for 7 nights, bfast and dinner included. It's apparent in the booking that we will have kids in the stay, and yet either Trip.com/hotel charged us meals for 4 adults for the entire trip. We ended up overpaying A LOT and wasting A LOT of food because the kids couldn't finish the set meal. Yet the hotel refused to adjust / refund. This was a serious mistake made by Trip.com / hotel. The hotel provided shuttle bus to the ski resort. Good that there was early shuttle bus around 815am BUT the return shuttle was way too early (4pm) for any serious skiers. The hotel should offer more options. There was no gym in the hotel and difficult to do some proper full-body exercise. Onsen set up was nice and clean and tidy. The public onsen wasn't used much so it ended up a big private onsen for us. We like the traditional Japanese cusine but very disappointed that the chef provided limited changes on the menu during our 7 nights of stay. We spent roughly same number of nights elsewhere in Niseko and the design of their menu was way better. Staff in general was very helpful and friendly and some of them spoke English and Chinese. The hotel was short of staff IMO. I could see them running around in the hotel. The ski equipment room could be equipped with better facility to dry ski boots and gloves. Shuttle bus was only offered to Niseko but not Kutchan station which was in fact not too far away anyway. The room was clean and well maintained. The location of the hotel was great too. It's 10mins from the Niseko station and 5mins from annupuri ski run.

Ppony_jia🏨 A hotel right by Lake Toya, offering stunning views of the lake from the window. During the day, you can gaze at Mount Yotei under clear blue skies and white clouds. At night, it's perfect for stargazing and watching fireworks – truly picturesque! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The main reason I chose this hotel was the shuttle service to New Chitose Airport. It's a 2.5-hour journey for 1500 JPY per person, saving you the hassle and effort of lugging luggage around with multiple transfers. A direct trip, offering excellent value for money! (Note: There's only one shuttle per day, so remember to book in advance!) 👍🏻 The stay was indeed very good, so if your budget allows, I'd definitely recommend it! 😝 🍃 **Environment**: The hotel lobby is spacious and grand, with dedicated seating for guests to enjoy the floor-to-ceiling window views. 🏠 **Facilities**: The room was very large, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. While the furniture wasn't brand new, it was very clean. 🌹 **Service**: The front desk staff (a young man) provided excellent service. He was enthusiastic, proactive, and gave very detailed explanations. He even threw in a few Chinese phrases occasionally, which made me feel very welcome! 🤣 🍣 **Breakfast and Dinner**: The variety of food was extensive, with many options, and the taste was good – though my stomach capacity wasn't enough to try everything! [Crying-laughing emoji] Dinner requires entry during your reserved time slot, while breakfast is open throughout the designated hours. Expect a wait for a table during peak times for both. ♨️ **Hot Spring**: There's a sauna, an open-air bath, and indoor pools. The open-air bath offers better ventilation and allows you to admire the starry sky – absolutely amazing! [Strong emoji] The hotel also offers personalized services, such as private hot springs for couples, at a reasonable price. 🛍️ **Shopping**: There's a souvenir shop on the hot spring street with quite a good selection of items worth browsing. If you have time, take a walk along the lake; you might discover some pleasant surprises! 😄 🚌 **Transportation**: There's a bus stop near the hotel with direct routes to Showa-Shinzan and Bear Ranch. The fare is 440 JPY per person, and the journey takes about 20 minutes. You can also pick up discount coupons for attractions at the hotel lobby, a 10% discount is always a nice bonus! 😊 📌 **Fireworks Display Times**: Annually from April to October, from 8:45 PM to 9:15 PM.

__wenI specifically booked this hotel with its own onsen (hot spring) room, and overall I was very satisfied! Dinner, in particular, is a must-book; you can enjoy a variety of delicious dishes. The only downside is that most facilities close at 10 PM, so arriving early might mean missing out on them.

GGuest UserWe have always been a fan of NIKKO group of hotel. This is  a new hotel. Very modern looking hotel and great facility. Lovely club lounge with a good range of F&B. Great place to chill. I love the gym. all the gym equipment are made with wood. makes the gym a very special place. Service staff is also amazing. Would love to shout out to  F&B manager Mr Nay Win Q. Great hospitality from him. We 2  small issue with this hotel. Breakfast is great but even though the restaurant  is not even 50% full; we requested for a cup of coffee; the staff replied that it's a buffet and we needed to get our own coffee. Didn't like this experience for a 5 star hotel. Lastly, we had an extra bed in our room unfortunately everything in the room only comes in 2 sets. A reflection of poor room service communication. As a whole I would still recommend this hotel.

MM3960****Hokkaido in summer has its own unique charm. There's a direct hotel bus from New Chitose Airport. My flight was delayed by about an hour that day, but the shuttle bus staff waited directly at the arrival gate for us and even took us on a shortcut to exchange our pre-booked JR Pass. We're so grateful to this enthusiastic staff member! The Westin is part of the Rusutsu Resort. While it's an older property, it's very well-maintained. The lobby is cozy, and the rooms are clean and tidy. All rooms are loft-style, but it's a bit inconvenient that there's no restroom on the second floor. We had dinner at the hotel's buffet twice and at the Rusutsu Resort Hotel buffet across the street once. The Westin's buffet leaned more Western, while the resort hotel's was more rustic and offered a wider variety of dishes. Hope to visit again in the winter during ski season!

TTellaThe hotel is porfessional and all staff are friendly, greeting each time they see you - it does make a difference to the feel of the hotel to have friendly staff. I didnt understand the set-up at first, but now that Ive seen it I can help clarify - there are several hotels in the area that share a central location called Niseko Village and Pure activities - Hilton and another hotel open up directly onto these two areas within a 2 min walk. The Pure activities include the adventurous outdoor fun like the tree walk. There is also a shuttle bus that runs several times a day to some key locations and is great if you dont have a car. I also just want to thank Trip.com for helping me. I initially booked a different hotel but it did not go well and Trip.com reperesentatives (Lexi) really helped me and put me at ease when I was starting to worry that I wouldnt have a place to spend the night for our family.

RRuciniuBEnvironment: The hotel environment is fantastic. Hygiene: Very clean. Facilities: The room is too old, and the air conditioning is weak, making it very cold at night. The hotel's hot spring is excellent and very relaxing. Dinner and breakfast were also very good. Service: The service was generally acceptable. Perhaps because there are many Chinese tourists, some staff members were rather cold. The electric kettle in our room was broken, and the old lady who came to replace it didn't say a single polite word. We were very friendly, saying 'thank you' many times in Japanese, but she didn't respond at all.

LLeong FamilyThe staff are not knowledgeable on 3rd party ski hire or ski school. We returned the equipment 1 day earlier and the staff said ok and asked if we are fine with 50% refund. We said yes. The next day they said they never said this.....no English, and don't ask questions, they will not be able to answer. They are well mannered and kind, just no direction and very messy. Bus schedule is also confusing, staff are not clear and busses don't often come without calling and reminding. They say it is due to weather condition, but it wasn't. You need to book set menu dinners at their one and only restaurant, 3 days in advance. We missed the Christmas set dinner, and even though on the phone to reserve the table, we asked for set menu, they didn't decline and they didn't say we needed 3 day advance notice. So we went and ordered small alacarte meals. Small dishes but were absolutely delicious. Hot Spring facility is excellent. Rooms are clean and the layout is fantastic. They have a washing machine that dries as well. Bring your own laundry detergent But I must give 100% credit to them as we left our bag at the lobby and they arranged to send it to Tokyo for us and called the receiving hotel as well,.

GGuest UserHotel is within walking distance to the bus terminal where the bus from Toya Station stops at. The room is huge and spacious, and there is a clear view of Lake Toya from the room. Room is clean, but it is a smoking room so if you cannot take the smell, you can always open the windows to air the room. Nevertheless, the room is clean and there is a hot bath at the basement of the hotel that you can enjoy after a day of sightseeing. The only regret I have is only staying a day at the hotel. Will consider staying multiple days the next time. Highly recommend for budget conscious travellers who wants to stay around Lake Toya without breaking the bank!

PPYN22One of the more affordable onsen hotel along the lake. Small on price but definitely did not compromise on comfort and quality. Dated building but the bed and room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was full of options and delicision I stayed in a single room facing the mountain. Even though it was along the road, it was not noisy. Simple onsen, perfect for the cold weather Just outside the bus stop. The free fireworks displayed right in front of the hotel. One minus... Like many older onsen hotels in Japan, the carpets are dusty. It triggered my sneezing and I don't usually get allergic with dust!
