GGuest UserThis 5-star hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the ski slopes. The rooms are beautiful and well-appointed. There are both public and private onsen, which can be booked for free. The breakfast is good and high-quality. If you visit during the low season, you can get a discount of up to half the usual price. There's a parking fee of 2000 yen per day.

NN YipThis is a family trip for two adults and two kids. And we stayed in the hotel for 7 nights, bfast and dinner included. It's apparent in the booking that we will have kids in the stay, and yet either Trip.com/hotel charged us meals for 4 adults for the entire trip. We ended up overpaying A LOT and wasting A LOT of food because the kids couldn't finish the set meal. Yet the hotel refused to adjust / refund. This was a serious mistake made by Trip.com / hotel. The hotel provided shuttle bus to the ski resort. Good that there was early shuttle bus around 815am BUT the return shuttle was way too early (4pm) for any serious skiers. The hotel should offer more options. There was no gym in the hotel and difficult to do some proper full-body exercise. Onsen set up was nice and clean and tidy. The public onsen wasn't used much so it ended up a big private onsen for us. We like the traditional Japanese cusine but very disappointed that the chef provided limited changes on the menu during our 7 nights of stay. We spent roughly same number of nights elsewhere in Niseko and the design of their menu was way better. Staff in general was very helpful and friendly and some of them spoke English and Chinese. The hotel was short of staff IMO. I could see them running around in the hotel. The ski equipment room could be equipped with better facility to dry ski boots and gloves. Shuttle bus was only offered to Niseko but not Kutchan station which was in fact not too far away anyway. The room was clean and well maintained. The location of the hotel was great too. It's 10mins from the Niseko station and 5mins from annupuri ski run.

GGuest UserThe hotel is huge, and the room appliances are very smart, all Miele. The shuttle service to various ski resorts and the JR station is super convenient, and ski rental is also very easy. The hot springs are wonderfully relaxing, and breakfast is delicious. The only downside is that there are no or very few Chinese instructors and staff. I didn't encounter any, which was a challenge for someone like me who isn't good at English.

YYing, StaceyThe staff at Park Hyatt are incredibly attentive and thoughtful. The front desk ladies are not only beautiful but also very meticulous and considerate, especially kind and warm towards children. This time, I'd like to extend a special thanks to the hotel's reservations department for taking care of a returning guest like me by promptly upgrading our room, which made our trip incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel's ski valet is a major reason why we ski here; it saves so much effort when you're tired from skiing. Last year, I remember there were enthusiastic staff members who helped with putting on and taking off ski boots; it seems that service isn't available this year. It would be even better if it were! 😄 Thank you! 🙏

AAnonymous UserOverall a great stay. The biggest advantage is the convenience. It is truly ski in ski out, which makes it very easy to access the slopes without needing to travel anywhere. The slopes here are also very beginner friendly. They are not too steep, which makes it a comfortable place to learn or practice skiing. I also took a 2 hour private ski lesson arranged through the hotel. Our instructor, Yuki, was very friendly, patient, and encouraging, which made the learning experience enjoyable. The only downside was the food. Both the dinner and breakfast buffet had quite limited variety, and the taste was just average. Considering the price we paid, the food did not feel very worth it. Overall, it is still a good place to stay if you want convenience and easy access to beginner friendly slopes. Just do not expect too much from the buffet.

GGuest UserThe room view is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful lake view! I could watch the sunrise from bed and the sunset from the balcony. It was clean and hygienic, and the service was so good I almost felt embarrassed. The bakery downstairs has amazing bread. They also offer shuttle service up and down the mountain, but make sure to book it a day in advance!

JJessyTThe plus point of this hotel is the outdoor mixed gender onsen. The location is inconvenient, although there is shuttle bus provided but limited time slot. There is no convenience store or restaurant nearby. I was advised the late check out rate at ¥3300 per hour but I was confused when 1 of the staff advised another guest at ¥2200 per hour. Why double standard? I guess maybe it depends on the room type?

WWindyxiaomaoAlong Lake Toya, there's a row of hotels, much like Yangcheng Lake in Suzhou. I chose this one, and it offers great value for money. There were quite a few ********* tour groups staying here. Both breakfast and dinner are buffet style and quite extensive, with fresh ingredients. However, don't expect fancy tableware or presentation. I booked a lake-view room, and the small balcony was a nice touch. There's a 7-Eleven nearby, so it's a convenient option if your stay doesn't include meals.

NNabellachanceWe stayed at Niseko Towers and overall had a mixed experience. The location is great if you’re driving, as there is plenty of parking available. Without a car, however, it may feel less convenient. The building has an onsen on-site, which was a nice touch after a long day out. One of the biggest positives is the size of the apartment — it’s very spacious, with more than enough room for large luggage and ski gear. This makes it comfortable for longer stays. However, there were some downsides. The bed was quite hard, and we both woke up with back pain during our stay. Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing — very limited selection and lacking in quality. It didn’t feel like much care was put into the overall hospitality experience. In summary, the space and parking are strong points, but improvements in bedding comfort and breakfast quality would make a big difference.

GGuest UserGoshiki is a skiers dream come true!!! Ideally located outside of niseko’s high traffic and a step off the stairs away from skinning up a the mountain from Giving it moderate ratings is only because it’s an older structure with minimal maintenance,…. Rooms were very nice and clean and the waters are rich in minerals. Staying here allows for exclusive 24hr onsen access. Pools get busy after 3-7pm when skiers are finishing up their day,… Go enjoy its traditional rustic building while they’re standing. Seems like within 5-10 years it will be developed and owned by a foreign tycoon! Bring your own food,,.. vending machines have beer only,…
