AAnonymous UserThanks to the housekeeper Jiajia for his care. Although I stayed at the hotel for one night, I also gave an upgrade. The hotel's facilities, especially the hot springs, are in place. thank you very much! Tucao the restaurant, no matter the dishes or service, there should be a lot of room for improvement (5/1 I arrived at the hotel at night, and after I arrived at the restaurant, I learned that I couldn't order dinner, and I didn't even know the change at the front desk?) Fortunately, I drove a few kilometers to find the town to find food. Otherwise, you can eat instant noodles. Then breakfast, it is said that it is until 10:00, but it is less than 9:30, the bread is gone, the butter is gone, the fruit is gone.... Ask the waiter if you have any more? Answer, say you need it? This,,,, speechless. Then it's okay to make up. Buffet, lack of supplements, do not need to ask?

GGuest UserI arrived at night and felt that the surrounding area was a bit dark. I found that it was in a scenic spot. The balcony was facing the lake. The green bird and flower environment was very good. The hotel was decorated. The facilities were advanced. The breakfast was also very good. It should be the best hotel in Suining.

AAnonymous UserMs. Qian at the front desk was incredibly friendly and gave us a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe twin room. The room itself was exceptionally spacious and fully equipped, featuring a large bathtub that could be filled with hot spring water for a relaxing soak. Welcome fruits were a nice touch. There's also an indoor swimming pool in the building opposite; just remember to bring your own swimwear, goggles, and cap. It's open until 9 PM. Furthermore, the breakfast spread was extensive, offering a wide variety of delicious options, and was served until 9:30 AM.
The only downside was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the large room when we first entered, likely from a previous guest. We had to open the windows and turn on the exhaust fan, and it still took most of the day for the smell to somewhat dissipate. I hope housekeeping can thoroughly ventilate rooms if they detect any smoke, as second-hand smoke is really unpleasant.
