GGuest UserWe stayed on Koh Larn for two nights after a long time in Pattaya and before heading back to Bangkok.
Samanta by the Sea was a great find, and we enjoyed our stay very much.
The room was a great size, and it was even better that the hotel was only 5 min (walking) from the pier.
We were greeted by the owner and shown around. His friendliness and happiness were astonishing and so genuine.
Getting free noodles, bread, and coffee 24/7 was a lovely touch, too.
We can only recommend Samanta by the Sea and will stay here heapily again.

YyuioThe location is about halfway between Pattaya and Jomtien. You can get to either, but it's difficult to get to either.
I stayed the night before in preparation for a bus ride the next day, and the bus terminal is about a 10-minute walk away.
The rooms are nice and spacious, so it might be a good place to relax for a long stay.

Ideal for cars to drop off and pick up outside, since the street of the hostel is a quite tight. Very short walk going to the main street.

GGuest UserA really freindly small apartment/accomadation situated about half way along Soi5. For those who don't know Soi5 runs from Second road down to Beach Road (Pattaya Beach front.)
So this is a good choice for the beach, and also Terminal 21 shopping mall, restaurants, massage, 7-11, Soi6, and many more places.
The rooms are relitivly large, with good size bathrooms and a small balcony.(large enough for a coffee table and two chairs.)
Furniture and decor are dated, but clean. The bathroom was clean with a good hot shower.
Off road/on premises parking is available, but limited and tight. However the staff will help when manoeuvring if necessary.
Well priced rooms for long stays if on a budget, or those looking for lower cost accomadtion for a couple of nights as I was.
There are no 'facilities', no pool, gym, restaurant etc. But plenty of choices nearby, so these apartments are well situated.

GGuest UserThe hotel checked us in on time and doesn't allow early check in. this is alright and we understand. The motorbike rental with the hotel is cheaper than what shops offer at the Pier. I was able to rent for 300 baht while the offer at the pier was from 400 to 500 baht.

PPrashant007It was a bit far from the walking street and other restaurants. However, the bed was comfy. It is located in a residential building. I didn't like the surroundings that much. Also, there were not enough good mugs for coffee or tea. Also, there was no plug in the common area if you wanted to work on your laptop. And I was asked to operate my laptop in bed because of that! Also they didn't accept my booking request to modify. I paid for 6 nights but I wanted to cancel 1 night and I informed them 1.5 days before and they didn't say yes despite they have almost full occupancy every day!

EErika2792We love our experience in Kaen Hostel. The room is clean and I love the aesthetic of it. The only down side is that we were on the top floor and its elevator is for luggage only. So we were so tired from our tours and from going up & down the stairs too. But i would recommend this hostel and would come back of given a chance.

We rented a scooter in the pier
Then rided the scooter to the hotel directly.
They also offer Pick up and drop off service.
This hotel is behind a restaurant , not easy to find it by ourselves.

Easy go to beach directly. And the beach is amazing.
