The staff was amazing! At first, I honestly panicked because when I arrived, no one was answering and nobody was there. Since it was inside an apartment building, I waited for around 30 minutes and got really scared, thinking I might have been scammed. 😅 Thankfully, Trip.com customer service was very helpful, and shortly after, the staff arrived. From that moment, the hospitality was amazing. The room was fantastic, especially the beautiful view! The lady and the young guy were both so kind, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They were very accommodating and even allowed me to have a late check-out because my bus to Hurghada was at 3:30 PM, which I really appreciated. Thank you so much, guys, and sorry again for the misunderstanding at the beginning. ❤️ I had a wonderful stay and would definitely highly recommend this place!

Hotel pyramid view is spot on, the rooftop is amazing where you can have breakfast lunch and dinner. The bathroom can get flooded after shower and the beds do have a couple of hairs. The hotel location is close to the pyramids but still need a short taxi ride and the streets around are quite busy. Overall, it is a good hotel for 1-2 nights. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. Would recommend if you are planning on visiting the pyramids.

To be honest, the surrounding area isn't great, but that's pretty typical for places near the pyramids – anyone who's been there knows what I mean. However, their service is on par with a 5-star hotel, and it offers incredible value for money. If you're looking for something affordable and excellent, this is definitely the place.

Absolutely amazing! I think this might be the best pyramid-view accommodation out there. The hotels right in front of the pyramids are often dirty and overpriced. It's a stroke of genius to stay a little further out at this place instead. Plus, the owner and staff are incredibly friendly. There's absolutely no discrimination against Asians; in fact, they're super friendly! 🥰 I truly, truly recommend this place. I hope many Koreans will visit! And there's a supermarket right in front that has fixed prices with no rip-offs, which is great. Good, good!

The stay at the Remar Pyramids Hotel was perfect. Easy access to Giza Pyramids and Grand Musium.The staff at front is very kind and hospitable. The room is clean and spacious. We chose Cairo city tour and Nile Dinner Cruise tour provided by the hotel, which was a great choice. The front also offered the room that we can rest in between tours. And we were offered transportation from the hotel to the airport late at night.

The staff are all very helpful. The toilet and shower are also beautiful. There are soap, tissues and toilet paper. The door has a key and a chain lock. There is also a safe in the room. It was a very nice hotel. I moved to a different hotel now but I want to return to this hotel again (-_-)

The hotel and room were clean and gave you a feel of Egypt, and the shower had good water pressure. You can see the three great pyramids from the rooftop, but unfortunately the Sphinx was hidden by trees and only its face could be seen! Breakfast is not a buffet, but an omelet, bread, tomato-stewed vegetables, and yogurt. When I stayed at another Giza hotel on a different day, I was given a welcome drink and an introduction to the pyramid view, but there was no such thing here, and when I checked in, I was a little confused because I didn't have a reservation, but in the end I found a reservation. . I think it would be a better hotel if there was more welcoming service.

I had heard it was a good hotel, but it was the best. First of all, it's right in front of the pyramids, so you can see it from the rooftop as beautifully as ever. The breakfast was also surprisingly luxurious. The room facilities were new and clean. It's the best value for money of any hotel I've stayed in.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The room is clean, spacious and well-equipped with all necessary amenities, and the breakfast boasts a wide variety of delicious options too. What truly made my stay exceptional is the amazing service—all the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the hotel owner in particular is incredibly warm and hospitable. They went out of their way to help me out of a tough spot, which was such a huge help and made my trip so much smoother. The location is also great, close to public transport and local attractions. I had a wonderful stay here and will definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Staff Amazingly friendly and helpful, The views are incredible from room to resturant to roof top, where i got to watch and hear the evening light show in fully glory. Booked for my 1st 2nights in Egypt, perfect location in front of the sphinx side entrance to the plateau, literally a 2 min walk.. This side of Giza is rough and ready though.. with animals being housed on the ally leading to the entrance so expect the smell of horse and camel poo (which wasn’t a problem once in the hotel) also expect to be bothered a lot by the local hustlers and kids begging for something/anything.. The streets are noisy and hectic this side but you also get a more authentic Giza experience, The Hotels staff were super accommodating and welcoming, they were willing to help organise trips and guides but I wasn’t in need as i already had stuff arranged.. Breakfast was basic but enough to get your day of adventure started with plenty of option around for off site dinning. The best thing apart from the staff was the view tho.. with all 3 great pyramids and sphinx in view and close enough to get the full effect inc the sounds of the light show. Would recommend for a cheap budget stay close to the entrance of the plateau with the best views
