GGuest UserThe hotel is new and nicely decorated. The location is superb and it is right next to a police station. What I found inconvenient was that the host was hardly at the counter. We had to 20 minutes to check in and there was no one when checking out and leave our bags for storage. The room we originally booked was unavailable and we had to wait over an hour till it was ready (it was after check in time). The host was friendly enough and tried to fix issues but she seemed distracted from other jobs

Turn right out of the hotel and walk for 5 minutes to the Lijiang River cruise ship terminal. Very convenient and very satisfied.

When we came back at night, we saw a tourist map at the front desk. I was curious to see it. The front desk was very patient to explain the route and strategy to us. It’s directly full marks here, because I played in Guilin for the first time. Although I did a strategy, there are many places that I don’t know very well. After all, there are too many attractions. The hotel is fully equipped, the room is clean and tidy, and the stay is very comfortable. The front desk staff are very good, very active and enthusiastic.
