New building clean and quiet place there is the bus stop just front of the building ( to Stadium metro ) Clean kitchen water saver and washing machine available 6 bed dorm recommend for budget travellers

The hostel is in an apartment building. This 2 bedroom apartment is filled out with bunk beds. I found it a bit small but the overall maintenance and cleanliness was excellent The in house guy kept it well managed and was friendly and easy to talk to. The location is close to the metro station and even possible to walk to Burj Khalifa, but not recommended due to many highways to cross. There is a Pakistani restaurant nearby with very affordable prices.

Everything was excellent. Ahmed's service was superb; he's a respectful and kind person. The bed was great, and the bathroom had hot water. May God bless their service.

+ quite central location in Deira near metro station + dorm lies towards the backyard, not towards the street + quite friendly employees + grocery stores and hypermarket nearby + i had power sockets near my bed without needing an adapter + curtains for lower and upper bunkbeds + good wifi • hostel lies in the approach path of the airport. So you hear airplane noise from time to time - hard mattress, did hurt somewhat on the bones - basic shower and bathroom - several cockroaches mainly in the kitchen but also in the dorm - no duvet cover for the blanket - blanket and pillow case were smelly. i don’t think that they are washed after every guest’s check-out. - you feel it in your bunk bed when the person above or below you moves

The environment is so-so, a bit small, and the transportation isn't very convenient. However, the owner is nice. If you need to store your luggage, it's best to discuss this with them during check-in, as the owner might not be able to get up that early the next day.

I stayed here for 1 week And I really love it here. It's convenient in emirates Metro Station. Just a few walks and you will see AL SAFA TOWER. they are located in 14/16 floor depend on your room type. Also supermarkets are near and you can cook and laundry here. The owner of the flat is kind. - the nearest tourist destination here is the Museum of the Future. ❤️

Advantages: High cost-performance ratio, the villa is quite new, and the facilities are all complete. Disadvantages: It's far from the city center and requires transportation, but it seems they offer free shuttle service to the subway station. All of the above assumes a normal stay, because one night the host had to put us in an outdoor tent due to too many guests. Yes, you heard right.

The location is excellent, and overall the facilities are acceptable. Cleanliness and amenities are average and fine for a short stay. Please note that the hotel requires a cash deposit at check-in. However, the refund of this deposit is very inconvenient. The refund depends entirely on staff availability, and reception staff is not always present, especially in the evening and at night. In my case, I was told to wait until midnight or even 1:00–2:00 AM to get my deposit refunded, which is not reasonable, especially for guests with early morning departures. Staff professionalism and service organization need improvement. Apart from these service issues, everything else was okay

Its a convenient place, very quite, Mussa is a nice person very helpful and multitask...at least i had extend my stay.. i recommend this place. not far for metro station, JBR or bluewaters by walk.
