"We stayed as a family of five — three children and two adults — and overall everything was good. The only downside was that the sofa was a bit uncomfortable, but it was fine for the kids. One small issue: we found a tiny baby cockroach in the bathroom/toilet at night, probably came from somewhere. The staff were friendly and smiling. Our room wasn’t cleaned during the stay, but that was because we didn’t request it. The balcony was nice, and it’s clear the place was renovated not long ago — everything felt clean and pleasant. The heated pool and jacuzzi were a big plus, especially on the cold and windy days."

"The location is great, and there are many swimming pools, but I went in November, so the outdoor pools were no longer accessible. The ocean view rooms had open-air corridors, which were quite cold. If you don't want to be freezing in winter, you should ask the front desk for an ocean view room with an indoor corridor."
