Because there are not many hot springs, the hotel will give each person a ticket to a hot spring town to make up for its own shortcomings. It can also be seen that the management is flexible and customer-oriented. There are two suggestions: Mahjong room 168 an hour is a bit too expensive, it may be easier to accept if the fee is lowered. In addition, the sliding doors such as the wardrobe and bathroom in the room are not open smoothly. 自助餐廳非常小，是東南亞風情酒店，綠植環繞，和客天下酒店是分開的，沒有直達酒店的電梯停車場，需要停在一旁客天下酒店停車場，再走過來，總共兩層，沒有電梯，酒店就一個游泳池和兩個温泉池，屬於開放式不需要額外收費，還有騎馬場和冰雕小世界，是需要收費的，實際很小就一個圍院園林，沒有多餘的公共區域，繞一圈就沒了，沒啥看點，至於馬場和冰雕我也沒看到，客服沒有具體説，應該是在客天下酒店那邊的區域，總之挺小，放假太貴了，滑梯親子房，1500多，滑梯好玩，其餘真不值得，退房伴手禮有曲奇餅

前台服務態度好，也是貼心。過年旅遊高峯，衞生慢一點，前台小姐姐送了兩張票，讓我們先帶孩子去玩，邊玩邊等。衞生搞好了，第一時間打電話説可以入住了。 房間設施都還OK，滑梯房，孩子玩得很開心，説以後還要再來。

衹能説價格跟服務嚴重不匹配，如果有帶寵物的不建議訂，1️⃣關於萌寵房：我是晚上22點預訂的，預訂那天早上特意問了客服萌寵房的私湯是怎樣的，客服直接回了照片給我，誤導我（並非直接告訴我萌寵房沒有私湯），直到我去酒店登記入住之後，酒店工作人員帶我進房間，我還問私湯能放多少池水（當時陽台窗簾拉着我沒看到沒私湯），工作人員也沒有説沒私湯，反而告訴我想放多少池就多少池。後面發現是自己誤導我們之後，還説我們應該是訂了之後再問是否有私湯的，笑死，都不自己確認一下酒污衊我嗎？（工作人員嘴臉噁心）最後説賠我們兩張客天下的温泉票，我覺得沒用，不可能丟下狗我們自己去泡温泉（所以看到有私湯才訂的，否則我不會花1280去訂），拒絕了這個賠償，第二天發現小院的衞生很差，房間小院裏麪還有別人吃剩的橙皮 2️⃣關於是否能攜寵進餐廳：酒店工作人員發給我的寵物協議裏面寫着“在進入餐廳、會議室、健身房等公共場所或人多區域時，確保其他客人不受幹擾”，正常人看到這個的理解應該都是寵物能進餐廳，但是不能幹擾其他客人吧？但是我們帶狗進餐廳時，被直接拒絕❌，在我們發飆之後負責人才安排我們到隔壁廳坐（明明本來酒可以安排的） 意思是寵物進入這個酒店，萌寵房的意義是，讓寵物自己在房間，主人自己去泡温泉♨️，讓寵物自己在房間，主人自己去吃早餐？不好意思我真的理解不了，如果一開始沒有誤導我，我估計也不會訂 ps：我們明明入住的時候登記了車牌，出去的時候無法出去，打電話的時候還説要再報一次車牌，直接火了，這家酒店直接壞了我旅程的好心情

非常滿意，温泉雙床房就在温泉池邊，小院子出來就直接下水，孩子都玩得非常開心。早餐也很豐富精緻，特別是前台小姐姐服務特別周到，點贊👍

房間很乾凈，早餐也很豐富，所有服務員態度也很好！我一定會再去！
