Super friendly and helpful staff. Great location just around the corner from pedestrian street. Beds were comfortable. My only complaint is that the room with a window facing the corridor doesn't exactly have a window. It is frosted glass that works be changed to a room with no windows and board the glass up. All it did was let in all the sound of the people in the corridor.

Overall, my stay was very pleasant! The hotel's location is excellent, making getting around super convenient. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were both quick. The room was clean and tidy, and all the facilities worked perfectly. It offers great value for money. The only minor issue was an odor in the bathroom, which improved after ventilation. If the bathroom cleaning and ventilation maintenance could be strengthened, the experience would be even more perfect. Overall, it's highly recommended, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip!
