Hangzhou Paradise and Huxiang Scenic Area
Facilities: The hotel was built last year, so the facilities are relatively new. Unfortunately, the gym seems to be still under construction. Environment: There is Starbucks at the entrance of the lobby, which is a must-have for those who want coffee to restore their senses; there is a 24-hour supermarket at the back door of the hotel, and the atomized one can be used to temporarily replenish the stock; the surrounding subway and bus are also very convenient Service: Manager Xin Yao's service was very attentive during check-in. She gave a surprise upgrade to the room type. She also cared about the guest's check-in experience and expressed her gratitude🙏. If you like to drink some wine like me, edible ice can be provided on the first floor, brother. Service awareness is also very positive. The hotel I am currently staying in in Hangzhou has a robot delivery service. It is very convenient to take a bath and order a takeaway.

West Lake, Lingyin Temple Scenic Area
Very good hotel, located on Longjing Road near Lingyin Road, it is very convenient to walk and ride to Su Causeway of West Lake and Lingyin Temple. The internal conditions of the hotel are very good, and the service awareness is also great. Due to the restriction of vehicles in the scenic area, we arrived at the hotel early. The customer service Jiajia helped us check in early and upgraded the suite for free, turned on the room air conditioning and other facilities early, and prepared mosquito repellent items considerately. The hotel hardware is excellent, with air conditioning and floor heating, a full set of Kohler bathroom, equipped with Marshall speakers, Delonghi electric kettle, Nestle capsule coffee machine, L'Occitane full set of bath, and many popular movies can be watched on demand for free. It's just that the decoration smells a bit big, it would be better if it can be equipped with an air purifier. The breakfast is in the form of a set meal, with a large selection and a small amount, but if it is not enough, you can add more, which is very humane. The service staff around are very service-conscious, take the initiative to greet, and contact in time if there are changes. This is great. I hope it will always be like this. As a back garden, I will choose this one in the future.

Xixi Wetland Park
A very satisfying stay at the hotel. The hotel itself is as beautiful as a painting. The Jiangnan style is full of elegance. The room is luxurious and attentive. The service was very considerate. I was very impressed. Because I was traveling with three elderly people, the hotel upgraded me to a suite. It’s very comfortable and the photos are great. If you have the chance, you’ll want to experience other hotels under the Banyan Tree umbrella.

West Lake, Lingyin Temple Scenic Area
It rained every day when I came to Hangzhou this time. Fortunately, the hotel is very good. The public area looks great when taking photos, and the configuration in the room is also impeccable. Wet wipes, facial wipes, and Dyson hair dryers are all provided. The afternoon tea is nice to take pictures but the desserts are average. We need to make an appointment early for dinner. We made an appointment late and many of the dishes were sold out. The breakfast is particularly good. It is divided into staple food and side dishes. For the hot staple food, you can choose wontons or rice noodles. There are a lot of side dishes. What a pleasure. The downside is that the room is too dark and there are not many lights. It gets even darker at night. I can't see clearly even if I put on makeup in the morning. The room on the second floor is facing the road. Every car must pass by. There is the sound of horns and engines at night. I didn't sleep well.

Linping New Town
First time staying in a hotel. The lobby is big and grand. There is a strong smell as soon as you enter the room. It should be the moldy smell of the carpet. The staff is very good and changed the room immediately. But there is still a smell. Finally, I was changed to an executive room. This treatment is high. The key is that there is a smell and the window is not opened for ventilation. The decoration time is very long... The carpet is moldy. It is really bad for health. I dare not stay again. But the service is really good. Thumbs up for the service

Linping New Town
After having children, I have booked good hotels for my travels, but this trip was the most cost-effective. The front desk staff has a very good attitude and is also friendly to children's questions. The room is very big and even has a steam room, but it's a pity that I didn't bother to experience it. The washbasin has double basins, so the whole family can wash at the same time. The room view is very good. Fruits are delivered by robots when you check in, and little friends like it very much. The only drawback is that the hotel's swimming pool and gym seem to cooperate with the gym inside. It is not completely free to come and go. You have to register and so on. The registration staff does not remind you to get the locker key. After entering, you have to go back and get it. It's not enough. Others are purely free to enter and exit. Then there were no wontons for breakfast. But the faults do not outweigh the faults, I will come again next time.
