Grand New Century Hotel Binjiang Hangzhou

Hangzhou Paradise and Huxiang Scenic Area
Facilities: The hotel was built last year, so the facilities are relatively new. Unfortunately, the gym seems to be still under construction. Environment: There is Starbucks at the entrance of the lobby, which is a must-have for those who want coffee to restore their senses; there is a 24-hour supermarket at the back door of the hotel, and the atomized one can be used to temporarily replenish the stock; the surrounding subway and bus are also very convenient Service: Manager Xin Yao's service was very attentive during check-in. She gave a surprise upgrade to the room type. She also cared about the guest's check-in experience and expressed her gratitude🙏. If you like to drink some wine like me, edible ice can be provided on the first floor, brother. Service awareness is also very positive. The hotel I am currently staying in in Hangzhou has a robot delivery service. It is very convenient to take a bath and order a takeaway.

West Lake, Lingyin Temple Scenic Area
A very pleasant vacation experience. A quiet location in the middle of the hustle and bustle, close to the bus station. Go further to West Lake and step back to Lingyin. There is a large tea field in front of the hotel. The service is considerate and provides feedback and help anytime and anywhere from accommodation to check-out. The supplies are L'Occitane, Dyson hair dryer, Nescafe coffee capsule machine, and free mini bar. Really recommend to everyone to stay here!

Xixi Wetland Park
A very satisfying stay at the hotel. The hotel itself is as beautiful as a painting. The Jiangnan style is full of elegance. The room is luxurious and attentive. The service was very considerate. I was very impressed. Because I was traveling with three elderly people, the hotel upgraded me to a suite. It’s very comfortable and the photos are great. If you have the chance, you’ll want to experience other hotels under the Banyan Tree umbrella.

West Lake, Lingyin Temple Scenic Area
It rained every day when I came to Hangzhou this time. Fortunately, the hotel is very good. The public area looks great when taking photos, and the configuration in the room is also impeccable. Wet wipes, facial wipes, and Dyson hair dryers are all provided. The afternoon tea is nice to take pictures but the desserts are average. We need to make an appointment early for dinner. We made an appointment late and many of the dishes were sold out. The breakfast is particularly good. It is divided into staple food and side dishes. For the hot staple food, you can choose wontons or rice noodles. There are a lot of side dishes. What a pleasure. The downside is that the room is too dark and there are not many lights. It gets even darker at night. I can't see clearly even if I put on makeup in the morning. The room on the second floor is facing the road. Every car must pass by. There is the sound of horns and engines at night. I didn't sleep well.

Linping New Town
There was a smell when I entered the room, and I didn't feel good at first. I put down my luggage and prepared to sit down to rest for a while. I found this hair and felt disgusted instantly. Then I found that the cup was also dirty, and the bathroom counter was not wiped. Because I arrived at the hotel after 12 o'clock, I was too tired and didn't change rooms. I called the front desk and asked them to send the cleaning staff to change my bed sheets and quilt covers... The cleaning staff felt embarrassed and said that they would give feedback to the manager and ask everyone to pay attention to cleaning and clean the room.
