Hangzhou West Lake Zhongwei Xiangyi Hotel

This hotel was a last-minute booking, but its location is fantastic, and the stay far exceeded my expectations – it was wonderful and very professional. The room was comfortable, and the restaurant was spacious with a wide variety of dishes. I tried 'qingling' for the first time; it was crunchy and a pleasant surprise. The overall experience was great, and I look forward to staying here again.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's right on Jiefang Road, which leads directly to West Lake, about 1-2 kilometers away. The surrounding area has convenient amenities like local snacks and small supermarkets. Even though it's an older hotel, the rooms are spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail is remarkable. The windows are sparkling, and they even tidied up my tangled charging cables and folded my clothes neatly. Coming back to the room felt incredibly cozy. What particularly touched us was that we brought our own disposable bedding, intending to make the bed ourselves. However, Ms. Zhao Aiying, upon seeing it, enthusiastically and proactively helped us put it on. Her attitude was wonderful, always smiling, friendly, and professional, making us feel completely at ease and comfortable. During our stay, we encountered two or three other staff members, and their service was consistently excellent! The entire team is outstanding. I must commend the whole service team. A special thank you to Ms. Zhao Aiying for her hard work these past few days. I even posted a short video because they even manage such meticulous details.

I've stayed at the Xiangyi Hotel many times. Its central location makes it very convenient for West Lake and the city center. I stayed on the 11th floor, and the staff were all great, especially one particular staff member, Zhao Aiying. She was consistently meticulous in her work, keeping the room spotless and fresh with no unpleasant odors.

I brought my parents to Hangzhou for a trip, and the hotel's location was excellent – super convenient yet surprisingly quiet. It was clean, and the service was warm and responsive to all our needs. The value for money was outstanding. I'd definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay.

The hotel is not far from West Lake and very close to Zhongshan Road and Hefang Street. The hotel breakfast offers a rich variety, and the restaurant is spacious, bright, clean, and tidy. The best part was the breakfast restaurant staff – so enthusiastic and energetic! They proactively helped us find a seat and clear dishes, and even offered to get us the special wontons, which were absolutely delicious. They also refilled our coffee. The coffee was exceptionally fragrant and rich. I highly recommend both the coffee and the small wontons – a perfect experience!

The Hangzhou West Lake CTV-Grandview Hotel is in an excellent location, just two stops away from West Lake, and with a bus stop right outside, making getting around very convenient. What truly stands out is the hotel's exceptional service – it's incredibly attentive without ever feeling intrusive. The breakfast was also good. I highly recommend staying here.

The environment is comfortable, and the service is very attentive. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff was warm and thoughtful. Especially at breakfast, Lulu was very enthusiastic and attentive to the guests' feelings and experience. Even the robot was diligently delivering takeout orders (making ordering food very convenient). Overall, our stay was very satisfying; the kids didn't even want to leave! 😂

This hotel truly lives up to its five-star rating in terms of environment, facilities, and service. However, while the breakfast offers a wide variety, it feels a bit lacking compared to other hotels in the same category. The location is excellent, being close to West Lake. For visitors to Hangzhou, it's perfect for sightseeing with attractions like Jiuxi Valley, Longjing Village, Wulin Night Market, and West Lake scenic spots nearby.

This negative review is directed at the white-haired *** during breakfast. My girlfriend and I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, from Friday to Sunday, visiting Hangzhou. The location and environment are truly exceptional, right next to in77, and at 800 for two nights with breakfast included, as shown in the pictures, it was fantastic. Breakfast was served until 10 AM on Saturday, and although we woke up late, the front desk lady kindly reminded us. However, this white-haired *** really lowered our impression of the hotel. On Saturday, my girlfriend asked her what the green pastry was, and she answered quite impatiently. Luckily, the breakfast was really good, so we didn't dwell on it. The next day, Sunday, when we went to add toppings to our wontons, before we even started, the white-haired *** impatiently bothered my girlfriend again, telling her not to spill the toppings.
