The location is excellent, and the facilities are new. It's a quiet oasis despite being in a bustling area. It was converted from a retirement community, so the hardware is pretty good. The breakfast could be more varied, but the fact that it's served until 11 am is a nice bonus. Hangzhou Botanical Garden is right outside the door.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to West Lake, making it convenient for sightseeing. The scenery and air are both delightful! The butler thoughtfully arranged for our two rooms to be on separate floors in the same small building, which was a very considerate touch. Thumbs up! 👍🏻

Hangzhou Dajia's Home · Yinhu Yunshe is close to West Lake Scenic Area and Lingyin Temple. The environment is absolutely stunning, with a strong江南 (Jiangnan) courtyard vibe. The rooms are elegant and cozy, and the butler service is incredibly warm and attentive. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou for a vacation.

Stay for a few days, explore the surroundings, and have an in-depth experience.

Booked the family room and it was really spacious, plus it had a large balcony. The bathroom was huge and very comfortable. Both the facilities and amenities were great, and the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard. Had a wonderful stay. The hotel is located in Longjing, so the air is incredibly fresh.

This hotel is located within the West Lake scenic area, offering an excellent environment. Right behind it are tea plantations, making it feel like you're staying in a natural oxygen bar! It's a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. The room is spacious, comfortable, and clean. The self-service laundry facilities are very convenient, and the butler service is meticulous and thoughtful. It's also very easy to walk to the bus stop and take a leisurely ride to Lingyin Temple.

This hotel is a hidden gem – quiet yet centrally located. The facilities are excellent, and the shower pressure is fantastic. The rooms are spacious, and the service is prompt. Plus, it's really close to West Lake and Lingyin Temple!

Environment: The hotel is right by West Lake, and the surroundings are absolutely beautiful. Across from the hotel is the Hangzhou Nursery, which I personally feel has even better greenery than the West Lake Scenic Area, and it's less crowded. Facilities: The facilities are very comprehensive. Not only is the decor new and all the appliances are available, but they even offer two types of hangers – wooden and silk – showing great attention to detail. Service: All the butlers were excellent, young, pretty, and very attentive. My friends and I stayed for a week, and they were always available, responding quickly to messages. Just a small suggestion: The cleaning staff (aunties and uncles) were a bit loud talking downstairs in the mornings, which slightly affected the experience. Perhaps this could be feedback to the housekeeping department. Finally, I wish your company continued success and all your employees a smooth life without encountering difficult guests. At this price point, this environment is truly worth it!
