Grand Metropark Hotel

Consistently great, as always. Upon arrival, I was presented with a welcome gift, and then a warm stewed dessert was brought to my room right after check-in, which really made winter feel cozy. The breakfast was also excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Hangzhou.

Our stay far exceeded expectations! The location right by the subway entrance made getting around incredibly convenient. The room was spotless, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable, leading to exceptionally sound sleep. The front desk service was warm and efficient, always ready to answer any questions. I absolutely have to praise the service at this hotel! I realized I'd forgotten my mouse after checking in, and after a quick call, a staff member promptly brought one to my room with such a pleasant attitude. It's these thoughtful details that show genuine care, and such warm service is truly rare and highly recommended! I was so pleasantly surprised to find such a great hotel at this price. The sheets and towels were clean and fresh, with no unpleasant odors. Although the room wasn't large, it was well-designed and had everything we needed. The staff were very polite and responsive. It was perfectly sufficient for a transitional stay.
