It is located in the heart of the Old Quarter right by the lake and on the same street as the night market on the weekends. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although we only stayed 1 night, we were able to book a tour with them and they offered their assistance for anything we need while in Vietnam and gave their whatsapp number. They have a spa which, unfortunately, we didn't have time to use. The room was spacious, clean and came with a stocked minibar (surchage applicable). The double glazing is very good, we had a peaceful night's sleep even with the night market outside. We would recommend this hotel to any visitors wanting to exolore Hanoi.

Great location with lots of shops and restaurants around, but the hotel isn’t new. The room is spacious, but the only window is a narrow 20 cm one facing a construction site. It feels more like a 3-star hotel, not 4-star. Also, the spa doesn’t exist—it’s actually the staff dormitory. The spa is listed as an amenity, but there’s no actual service.

It’s in a great location, right by restaurants, bars and clubs. The room is basic but does a job of just having somewhere to sleep. Staff were nice and welcoming. My only negative is that in the shower, there is no place to put the shower gel and they put the shower gel in a ceramic dispenser. Unfortunately it fell in the shower as I was washing (there’s no place to put it) and the hotel charged me for damages. This is something the hotel should consider sorting out - put something in the shower for the shower gel to be kept. Or put the shower gel and shampoo in plastic containers to avoid breakages.

This hotel is very good, but the downside is that the 4-person room has a toilet without wet and dry separation. The door will be closed when you return to the hotel too late. It is very difficult to enter and exit, but the good thing is for our safety.

The hotel is not far from 36th Street. It is more convenient to have something to eat at night. The decoration of the lobby also looks better, but it is not the same when entering the room. The overall feeling is like the decoration style of Chinese hotels 20 years ago, but it should be good in Vietnam. The only thing that annoyed me was waking up in the morning by the sound of the electric drill next door! It was really uncomfortable. I called the front desk and responded. The situation did not improve. I left without falling asleep.

Location is good and staff are friendly but the owner just doesn't understand about proper cleanliness. I get it's hard to properly clean all 20 or so rooms you have but you are not doing the bare minimum. I've been here on two seperate occasions and both times I found uneaten food from the previous guests that encourages ants, bugs and mice. Clean the room properly please.

Not recommend for family trip, it is suitable for backpackers or travelers who spending more time on the street instead of staying in. The room is super small (15m2) for 2 people, not too clean and the facilities are quite old. The only plus point is the location is next to Sword Lake with a lot of foods and restaurants around. Otherwise, I still can find better alternatives options around this area so… the experience is pretty uncomfortable. P/s: after complaining about the room, they upgraded me a bigger one. It’s ok but still not too clean. Also I feel someone was touching my personal stuffs in my luggage but I have no evidences to prove… Hence you need to be careful with your belongings when staying here

I think it is a family composition of Vietnamese wife, Chinese husband, and two children there. It is a pretty private inn because it is close to the space and the distance that you live in. My wife can't speak English, but she was very kind and answered every question through the translation function and told me what was nearby. My husband was also very humble and polite, and he was very kind. It is definitely the most hospitality motel I have ever stayed at. The room is a stationary air conditioner and two fans, which keeps the temperature just right, not too hot or too cold. It may be difficult to find the location because the gate is closed, but if you press the intercom of the house with ”96”, someone may come out.

The hotel was stunning and the staff were overly friendly. The room was clean and best bed/mattress ever!!! A little disapointed as we had booked the Chic Deluxe Room which on the site shows there is a window with a view and a beautiful bathtub, however we got a room that had no bathtub and the window was just pretend with the view of the side of the building. When we checked in and realised it was too late and not worth mentioning as we were only there one night. Other than that, couldnt fault the hotel

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The best part of the hotel is the convenient location. Situated really close to Hoan Kiem lake and being in the Old Quarters, almost everything is within walking distance. There are restaurants, cafes, massages and local shops nearby. You may be able to hear some sounds from the bustling streets, but everything gets quiet by 10pm. Staff were super friendly and very helpful young people who could communicate in basic English. All basic amenities were provided. Air-con and water heater were in good condition. Lift is available too. Do note no breakfast provided, but there's just so many great food around the corner! Highly recommended! Would definitely stay here again!

It is a 5-minute walk to the bus stop for bus number 86 to Noi Bai Airport. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for tourists. The staff were all friendly and helpful, but the fact that some of the water in the room is free and some is paid seems like it could be a problem. It would be nice if there was a price posted in the room.

The rooms are small and exquisite, and the breakfast is very good, especially the rice porridge, which is better than the domestic ones! The staff are friendly and warm, and will tell you where to eat and play nearby. It is only a 2-minute walk from Hoan Kiem Lake, which is very convenient for enjoying the scenery and eating. It's an easily accessible hostel in the old quarter of old Hanoi. They have shared hostel rooms and individual rooms. Uncomplicated buffet breakfast between 6 and 9 am. Basics. Very cost effective if you are on a travel budget. You can't beat Vietnamese hospitality.
