"Gerry made us feel welcome the moment we walked up to the desk his positive attitude smile, and kindness was exceptional. Often, sadly front desk employees can be less than chipper. That was certainly not the case with Gerry! We laughed and told stories and honestly I wanted to hang with him at the desk and chat. He is one fine employee. I hope you can keep him! We will be back!"

"The front desk person who checked us in was not very friendly,did not give us any information about the hotel.We stayed three nights and no room service whatsoever our trash was never emptied had to take our own trash to the dumpster never had fresh towels brought in . Only saving grace with this hotel was the complimentary breakfast very tasty and a lot of different choices and the staff there was very friendly and attentive."

The open concept layout of the home offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy your vacation at the beach. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a stylish backsplash, and beautiful cherry shaker cabinets. It is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, spices and a coffee maker. There is a bistro table that seats 4 and a spacious dining table that seats 8.The sun-porch is bright and inviting and includes a bar made from shipwreck wood from Hampton beach the bar seats 6 and a roomy couch that can be converted into a comfortable bed for 1. the porch also has games, TV and surround sound. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with queen sized beds, and one bedroom with two twin sized beds. Downstairs, there is one bedroom with a queen sized bed. Including the futon we can comfortably sleep 12-15 guests.We provide all linens however we do not provide beach towels. There is a full-size washer and dryer conveniently available in the home for laundry. There is a 65'' flatscreen TV in the living room, an incredible sounding stereo, and 2 comfortable sectional couch. The large deck in the backyard is a great place to spend your vacation days outdoors with family and friends. The home is located on a quiet street with views to the marsh, where one may see breathtaking sunset views. The home is within a short walking distance to all of the activities that Hampton Beach has to offer; you can walk to the sandy beach, boardwalk, restaurants, casinos, theaters, and shops in just minutes. Situated on a cul de sac it offers privacy and a peaceful time yet it is easily accessed from the main road, avoiding busy traffic on the way in or out. A 3 minute walk and you touch the soft sand of the long stretch of Hampton beach and the board walk. There is private parking for up to three vehicles, offering convenience and hassle-free easy travel, a rare find in Hampton Beach. Please note, due to snow accumulation in winter months, parking may be limited to only one or two vehicles. Please check send a message first if booking during snowy winter months if you’re concerned about parking or need more than one space.
This well maintained two story home has living space perfect for family gatherings, abundant natural light, three spacious bedrooms on the second floor, with comfortable beds and premium mattresses, two full big size bathrooms and laundry with detergent provided. Each bedroom has temperature control and a/c units. Linens, towels, beach essentials including chairs, beach towels, and rolling cooler are also provided for the guests. Beach yogis will enjoy yoga on the provided yoga mat, during the rising sun, breathing in the ocean air. Starter paper goods, coffee, hot chocolate and spice rack are also made available to guests.
