Was a great stay can’t wait to go again!! Djs on Saturday nights great food . I feel like the prices are always so expensive for a room . But being so close to the beach … the breakfast isn’t complimentary… that was a huge bummer!!!

I prepaid nearly $340 for a king bed with balcony for one night. We arrived late and were not allowed a late check out, so had only 10 hours in the room. Good location, but the room looked dated, no microwave was present and the fridge was broken. I was charged an additional $47 at checkout for parking and “other hotel fees” that were not disclosed. Not at all what I expected for a nearly $400 hotel room at the end of October. Pretty disappointed.

The night manager was very rude and "razzed" me from check in and every time we went thru lobby. For ex, he made a lude comment because I arrived off the elevator smiling aluding to the fact that (my husband) must have given me reason to smile upstairs. He continued this taunting behavior every time we walked through the lobby. So creepy and uncomfortable. Everyone else who worked there night and day was LOVELY and kind. But this guy has tremendous issues against women. The hotel is very dingy, old, and tired. such a shame. It was once really nice.

This our 3rd or 4th stay here. First time using the pool, which was very clean. The attached restaurant never disappoints.

It was easy access to the beach and downtown. Dogs were allowed! There was a restaurant and breakfast Cafe on sight.

The room was very nice and clean. The balcony and view of the ocean was lovely to be able to enjoy. It was convenient to be able to walk to dinner and the show we were seeing.

We expected the rooms to be a bit more up to date for the price. However, it was clean and in a good location.

We were charged a resort fee and never told what was included, we bought beach chairs and then saw others with beach chairs from the Ashworth. We were given our rib key and told to go through the restaurant to get to our rooms. We were charged for valet parking and I had to get my own car. The room was really small and they have fake wood floors in them, so when people advice you move around at 6am you can hear everything.
On a positive note, it is right across the street from the beach but we will never stay there again. Rent a house or condo if you do go to Hampton Beach
