GGuest UserI didn't know the pool was open in the winter, but the water was so warm and nice that I bought a swimsuit on the spur of the moment and had fun playing. I'm really satisfied! The breakfast was good, the service was good, and the staff was friendly :) Other hotels had a lot of dust on the towels, but here the towels were clean and nice.

GGuest UserThere is a very famous Brigham Young University in Provo, but we didn't have time to go shopping. The hotel is clean. The breakfast is simple but tastes good. Wal-Mart is very close to the hotel, so shopping is very convenient.

GGuest UserHotel was under construction and unorganized. My room didn’t have shades and I was relocated. Breakfast area was unprepared and relocated to a conference room down the hall. Elevator was extremely slow and hot.

GGuest UserVery very classic hotel, it feels like it has not been renovated since it opened, the bed and pillows are not very comfortable, the hot water is very slow, and there is a faint smell of 🍃 somewhere in the corridor...
There is a steak restaurant next to it that is very delicious and cheap.
One big problem is that the hotel wants to collect a deposit, but there is no POS machine? ? ? I have to take my credit card and enter the card number and CVV in their computer? It feels very unsafe
