5 points+! If you have watched the movie Sissi, this hotel will be similar to the palace environment in the movie. Dine on the balcony with stunning ocean views every day. The hotel is quiet and has excellent service. Although it only has 15 rooms, its small size and exquisiteness are definitely unique among European hotels!

The hotel is beautiful with a very superb location and they even upgraded my room without any cost . However the quality of products in bathrooms was not to the mark and substandard like shampoo , lotuon etc . The range of menu itema in breakfast was also very limited else everything was fine .

It is a very good hotel ~ the atmosphere is very good ~ the hotel with historical heritage is fascinating ~ The room is spacious and comfortable It is a hotel worth visiting again~

O Hotel está muito bem localizado, bem arrumado e os quartos são de um tamanho ótimo. O pequeno almoço está bom para o conceito de um boutique hotel. Apenas dou 4 na limpeza, não é porque o quarto não estava limpo, ele estava bem limpo, mas apanhei alguns bicharocos a passearem, como uma lesma e uma aranha com tamanho simpático que era residente no wc. Mas adorei e voltarei 🥂

Some walls have nose feces, and the waiter can not see it. It makes me, as a guest, see everything. The restaurant is also inexplicable, except for pouring water and wine is fast, a cheese platter, three or four cheeses, each three slices, it takes an hour to disappear, I don't know, I thought I just went to the supermarket to buy the sliced. My wife is celiac. We called the Hotel the day before check-in to let them know, we were informed that the Hotel would have a gluten-free option for breakfast. We also notify you at check-in. When we arrived at breakfast, there was another person with celiac disease and the gluten-free options were gone.

Hotel is well located in Cascais and is beautifully designed. Staff are helpful. Would suggest more hooks in bathrooms as this is a hotel by the beach and we have a lot of wet swimwear to dry. Breakfast buffet was ok, became quite repetitive by day 4.

My stay was very comfortable. Room was spacious with big balcony. Equipped with kitchen. Staff was very helpful and call taxi in 2 min. Breakfast was also delicious. Overall nice service and friendly environment.

The plus of the hotel was the pool on hot days and the breakfast included. Unfortunately the location was not ideal, restaurants and nightlife were a long distance away, Most staff, I felt like I was inconveniencing them when I would ask for something, one of the night staff ladies was very very lovely, always willing to help. The man at the desk in the morning was not so helpful. Not an ideal location, very long walk to any type of shopping restaurant and nightlife. I would recommend staying closer to Cascais
