The hotel lobby isn't very big and can be a bit hard to find. The room facilities are complete and very smart, with a wet and dry separation in the bathroom. The vanity mirror is exceptionally large, which is great for women. However, the mirror light can't be fully turned on; full light isn't ideal for makeup, haha! The room offers an excellent view, and you can see the sea from both the bathroom and toilet, facing directly east – perfect for watching the sunrise effortlessly, a blessing for the lazy! The hotel's location is quite convenient, about four or five kilometers from Shipingkou and the University City Night Market. Wanda Plaza is right next door, making it easy to buy anything you need. Finally, I think the service could use some improvement. When we arrived, our room was still being cleaned, and we were told it would take about half an hour, so we sat down nearby. However, the front desk completely forgot we were waiting for a room. We had to go ask them later, and then they remembered. Other than that, everything else was great, highly recommended!

The hotel is located near a RT-Mart supermarket, has its own parking lot, and is conveniently located for transportation and ordering takeout. The front desk staff were warm and attentive; upon check-in, seeing that we had a large group, they promptly provided extra toiletries and slippers. The room was clean and well-laid out, and the sunroom on the terrace was a pleasant surprise, with comfortable sofas and neatly arranged tea sets, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea. The hotel's front desk service was also excellent; they were helpful in receiving and sending packages and even offered to extend the check-out time as much as possible – their kindness and sincerity were truly admirable.

This hotel is indeed great, considered one of Rizhao's established luxury hotels. Although it's a bit old, the facilities are very well-maintained, and it doesn't feel dated at all. There's a swimming pool and gym on the basement level; the pool is a bit small, but it should be sufficient if it weren't for the many children during tourist season. The buffet on the first floor is 138 per person for guests, which is a good price, and the quality is reasonable. There's a sky garden on the 9th floor, but it's not usually open. It would be even better if it could be opened for hotel guests in the morning to watch the sunrise.

The room was spacious, with a bunk bed and a large bed, perfect for families; even two older children wouldn't feel cramped. Four tickets to the Sky Rainforest were included, which was nice for winter travel as it was warm and offered beautiful views, including the sea. The Sky Rainforest also has restaurants and play equipment for children like climbing nets and slides – highly recommended! The room was clean, with new facilities. The view from the window was of a lake and MixC shopping mall – a nice view. The whole room was smart home, making for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

This is a new hotel with some areas still under construction, and the surrounding area is also under construction, so the windows cannot be opened. The reception staff were very cheerful and had the cheerfulness and enthusiasm of a resort staff member. The room facilities were excellent, and I preferred the beds, linens, and pillows to those at the Hilton. However, the breakfast had a limited selection and wasn't very tasty, and the air conditioning in the venue was poor, so the staff at the entrance wore down jackets. It fell far short of the Hampton where I often stay.

I just graduated from Rizhao this year, and before heading home, I brought my parents here to visit. It got a bit chilly, but the food is still as delicious as ever. This was my first time staying at this hotel, and after living in Rizhao for several years, I finally had the chance to experience it. It truly lives up to its reputation; the service and cleanliness are excellent. The decor is a bit dated, but thankfully, the hygiene inside is still good. Recently, my husband and I took my Corgi baby sugar ball out to the coast for a walk. I stayed at the beach of Huangdao for two days. I occasionally brushed ** to see the sunshine. I decided to come to Rizhao temporarily. This hotel has a good evaluation, the key is to bring a dog, so I came. It feels really a surprise: the location is good, there are many attractions and snack streets around, dozens of meters away is the beach, it is really good to walk on the beach in the morning and evening; the service is thoughtful, the breakfast is rich, clean and hygienic; the service staff is very friendly to the dog. Give gifts before leaving. In short, praise!

Very good experience, here is a restaurant on the first floor, very clean, the second floor is the lobby, the hotel gave us a free upgrade to the parent-child suite, the room is large and clean, any problems can be solved immediately, it is also close to the surrounding attractions, driving is very convenient, parking is free, there is also an Olympic Water Park next to it, there is a building with a big torch, you can catch a lot of jellyfish there, the roadside sells them for 15 each, it is better to catch them yourself, I will come again next time, it is a city suitable for catching the sea

Hotel location not bad as it's not far from the high speed train, but there are not much other facilities near the hotel. Hotel facilities are not good for this szie and brand name: 1. The shower is very weak 2. The breakfast is very bad with VERY few food I think it's manily because it's not peak season and not many guests. But for this price, i will expect more!

Five stars, highly recommended! This stay far exceeded my expectations; everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel lobby is grand and elegant. Upon entering, staff immediately offered to help with my luggage. Check-in at the front desk was very quick, and the staff were gentle and patient, even offering thoughtful recommendations for local attractions. The room was spotlessly clean, with no stains in corners or the bathroom. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were very practical. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the mattress had just the right firmness, and the soundproofing and blackout curtains were excellent – I slept straight through till morning. The facilities were well-maintained, and the toiletries were high quality. Room service was very responsive whenever I needed anything. The location is superb, making it easy to get around for dining and shopping. Throughout my stay, the service was attentive yet discreet, never overbearing. Every detail showed thoughtfulness, truly making me feel at home. This is my top choice for accommodation when traveling; I’ll definitely stay here again!
