Guest UserWe checked in on the 23rd and stayed on the 16th floor. First off, the attendant on our floor was incredibly thoughtful. She saw us doing laundry and noticed water on the floor, so she thoughtfully grabbed a mop and cleaned it up for us. She even brought us a drying rack, which we really appreciated. As for our room, the ocean view from the window was absolutely stunning. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but the taste was decent.

Guest UserThis Atour hotel has a fantastic location. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding is soft and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The front desk service is attentive, and the breakfast spread is generous. The platinum evening snack delivery was prompt. It's definitely my top choice for travel and sightseeing! The value for money is absolutely superb; I only realized how truly great this Atour was after experiencing other places.

Miya0610The service here is incredibly thoughtful, and all the staff are warm and friendly.
Having visited Senbo in Hangzhou and Jiaxing, this Senbo in Rizhao is definitely the largest.
There are so many activities! The game where you can exchange 'silver notes' everywhere is really fun, and at night, there's even iron flower-hitting performances and dances to watch.
My child had such a great time that we extended our stay for another day. However, because we had to switch room types, we were initially told we'd have to check out and then check back in, which sounded like a real hassle. But our butler, Pudding, was incredibly considerate. She told us to leave our luggage in the room and go enjoy our planned activities, and they would move our bags to the new room for us. This meant our itinerary wasn't affected at all!
Every day, Pudding would remind us of the restaurant mealtimes and various activity schedules. So, our entire stay was very relaxing.
The sea-view room allowed us to watch the sunrise effortlessly from our balcony without having to go to the beach. We just checked the time beforehand! All our sunrise photos were taken from the hotel balcony, and being able to go straight back to bed afterward was incredibly comfortable!
The Ruyi Bridge also makes it super convenient to get to the beach, and the hotel is very close to various attractions.
Even at checkout, my child was happy and said they want to come back again.
The only drawback was a slight design issue with the first room type we stayed in. The bathroom in the sea-view king room had no partition from the bedroom, which meant privacy was really lacking, even for a family of three. The 'Small Haisen' room type we moved to later was much better.

Anonymous UserThe hotel is very close to the beach, just a 5-minute walk. You exit the restaurant, turn left, cross the road, and you're there. It was also the cleanest beach I'd seen in Rizhao during my stay. The hotel has a heated swimming pool with two slow lanes, perfect for kids at the very edge, and two fast lanes. Staff supervise the fast lanes to ensure no children play or linger there, making them ideal for serious swimmers. The staff are very responsible, and the pool even provides inflatable armbands for temporary use, which is a very thoughtful touch. Excellent hotel management! 👍

Guest UserOverall, the hotel is pretty average, and the decor is quite dated. If you look closely, many areas are showing their age. Only the hotel exterior and lobby look decent. Let me focus on the issues.
On the first day, we arrived at the hotel around 6 PM. When we drove onto the platform, I asked if I could park there while checking in, but they wouldn't let me, even though other cars were clearly parked there. After parking in the basement and going up to the front desk, three people were standing there with their heads down. I wasn't sure if they were busy or what they were doing, so I didn't want to disturb them. I stood about 3 to 5 meters away for over half a minute. Seeing that no one was paying attention to me, I asked, ”Can I check in?” Immediately, a man told me to come to him. I saw him quickly put his phone aside; it turned out all three of them were playing on their phones. After check-in, no one told me where to find the elevator. I blindly walked in the opposite direction of the parking lot elevator and, by chance, got it right. The hotel has two side wings, and even if I had guessed wrong, there would have been an elevator, but it would have been a long detour.
As for the hotel management, I guess they haven't had much training. From the moment I arrived until I checked out, no one ever nodded at me, said hello, or acknowledged me in any way. It was always cold, indifferent brushes past each other.
The room didn't have any general-purpose tissues, only one in the bathroom by the sink. I don't know if this is standard for all rooms or if they just forgot to put one in.
The soundproofing in the room was poor. In the morning, I could clearly hear doors closing in other rooms, people talking in the hallway, and children shouting next door.
In the afternoon, I hung the 'please clean' sign on the door when I went out, but by 4:30 PM, the room still hadn't been cleaned.
The alarm clock by the bed was placed there, but it wasn't set correctly; it was an hour off, as shown in the picture.
Instant coffee is acceptable, but only sugar packets were provided, with no creamer or non-dairy creamer.
Last night, I went to the bar on the first floor. When I entered, there was a live singer performing. I couldn't see any staff at the bar, and there were no other guests. I walked to the bar to look at the menu, and suddenly a young man popped up from behind the computer. Right after we ordered our drinks, the singer left. We sat there for half an hour in complete silence; there wasn't even any soft background music. We were the only ones there the whole time.

Huamei Hotel is in a great location, close to various attractions and the city center. The room is clean and sanitary, and fruit biscuits are provided. There are 4 kinds of free drinks in the lobby, and the dishes in the Chinese restaurant on the 4th floor are also very good, with special delicacies such as Spanish mackerel dumplings, sea intestine rice, and sea sand noodles. The breakfast is also very rich, with all kinds of local delicacies, especially the various hot dishes are richer than other 4-star hotels. The bedding is also very comfortable. In short, it is a cost-effective hotel that I highly recommend staying in.

Guest UserRecently, my husband and I took my Corgi baby sugar ball out to the coast for a walk. I stayed at the beach of Huangdao for two days. I occasionally brushed ** to see the sunshine. I decided to come to Rizhao temporarily. This hotel has a good evaluation, the key is to bring a dog, so I came. It feels really a surprise: the location is good, there are many attractions and snack streets around, dozens of meters away is the beach, it is really good to walk on the beach in the morning and evening; the service is thoughtful, the breakfast is rich, clean and hygienic; the service staff is very friendly to the dog. Give gifts before leaving. In short, praise!

Hotel location not bad as it's not far from the high speed train, but there are not much other facilities near the hotel.
Hotel facilities are not good for this szie and brand name:
1. The shower is very weak
2. The breakfast is very bad with VERY few food
I think it's manily because it's not peak season and not many guests. But for this price, i will expect more!

Guest UserFive stars, highly recommended! This stay far exceeded my expectations; everything was absolutely perfect.
The hotel lobby is grand and elegant. Upon entering, staff immediately offered to help with my luggage. Check-in at the front desk was very quick, and the staff were gentle and patient, even offering thoughtful recommendations for local attractions.
The room was spotlessly clean, with no stains in corners or the bathroom. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were very practical. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the mattress had just the right firmness, and the soundproofing and blackout curtains were excellent – I slept straight through till morning.
The facilities were well-maintained, and the toiletries were high quality. Room service was very responsive whenever I needed anything. The location is superb, making it easy to get around for dining and shopping.
Throughout my stay, the service was attentive yet discreet, never overbearing. Every detail showed thoughtfulness, truly making me feel at home. This is my top choice for accommodation when traveling; I’ll definitely stay here again!
