Unexpectedly good! The hotel is the former Ibis, the hardware facilities are all up to standard, and the rooms are not decorated or have any peculiar smell of smoking. The room is big. The first six pictures are of the luxurious king-size bed at the beginning. Due to inexplicable noise at night, the front desk directly upgraded us to a suite. The hotel is located in a large compound and is usually very quiet. 20 meters away is the Hualian Supermarket which is about to open. There are restaurants all over the street, which is very convenient. The hotel room rate includes breakfast, afternoon tea, tea in the lobby, foot bath service delivered to the room and midnight snack. Considering the room price of over 200, I think it’s pretty good. The service has always been cordial, enthusiastic, patient, responsive and quick to respond. When I go on business trips to Lintao in the future, I will make this my home base.

The bedding is soft and comfortable, providing an excellent night's sleep. The bathroom is clean, tidy, and has a wet/dry separation. The smart facilities are comprehensive, and the hygiene is spotless; it's clear they clean very thoroughly and pay attention to every detail. The front desk staff are incredibly warm, friendly, and efficient, making check-in quick and easy. The location is excellent, and there's a parking lot which makes getting around very convenient. It offers incredible value for money, and the service attitude is fantastic. I'm very satisfied!

This is the only four-star hotel in this small town, and it's truly excellent. The room facilities were barely acceptable, but the air conditioning was absolutely terrible. It was over 30 degrees Celsius outside, and the AC in the room wasn't cooling at all – no cold air. The first time I called the front desk, they told me to 'just ask the smart assistant,' which was ridiculous. The second time I called, they sent a fan. After driving over 800 kilometers during the day, I ended up not sleeping well the entire night. It was truly an awful experience. When I checked out the next day, I first told the front desk about the AC issue, but two staff members just ignored me. After breakfast, when I handed in my key card, I mentioned it again to a different front desk person, and again, I was ignored. Honestly, if they had just offered an explanation when I first brought up the AC, I wouldn't have written this negative review. It was beyond frustrating. To top it off, waiting for the elevator was a nightmare; it took ten minutes just to get downstairs, so I ended up carrying my luggage down from the 6th floor.

The overall stay experience is very satisfactory. The hotel is strategically located in the bustling area of the city and has convenient transportation. It is smooth whether it is self-driving or taxi travel. There are many gourmet shops around, and you can taste all kinds of specialties in the West of the West, without long-distance travel.
