I also wanted to experience the river view room. After communicating with the front desk, we upgraded the room type for free. Although the decoration of the upgraded room is not very new, But the room is large in size, all aspects of health are good, clean, and comfortable to live. During the stay, the water was not enough to send water. I also responded in time and sent a few more bottles. It was good. After all, there was more water to drink in summer. The location is also very good, that is, it rained at night and didn’t go shopping on the riverside. The blue sky and white clouds when leaving the store are beautiful. However, the drain in the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, causing a flood every time I showered. I contacted the front desk, and they promptly came and cleaned it. I hope the hotel's cleaning staff will be more diligent and responsible, rather than waiting for guests to report issues.

From the moment I checked in at the front desk, I could feel the hotel's dedication to service. The staff member, Ping'er, was smiling throughout, patiently answering all my questions and even proactively helping me plan local sightseeing routes. Room service was incredibly quick; whether it was replenishing supplies or handling last-minute requests, everything was taken care of immediately. What was especially heartwarming was how Yuanyuan actively helped me with my luggage and called a taxi when I checked out. The tatami mats are thick and soft, the mats are dry and not damp, and it is very comfortable to sit and drink tea and lie down. The soundproofing of the room is not as bad as the comments said. I may have a good sleep quality and sleep until dawn. The staff is gentle and patient, the location is convenient, the overall price is online, friends who like tatami style can rest assured! The biggest flaw: The building I booked didn't have central air conditioning! It was incredibly hot in the summer, so we paid the difference to move to a different building. Pros: The hotel is located in the Youran Mountain Scenic Area. It was very quiet on Sundays and almost completely empty on Mondays. The rooms were well-maintained and clean, the bedding was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the shuttle was always available. The pizza and pasta were delicious, and the breakfast was also good. It was very quiet and perfect for a relaxing retreat. Cons: The children found the outdoor playground a bit boring. The outdoor playground was overgrown with weeds and looked poorly maintained. The petting zoo, which had sika deer and chickens, ducks, and geese, was a bit smelly. The indoor playground required a shuttle at the main entrance, which was inconvenient.

The room is clean and sanitary, the front desk service attitude is very good, there is a free parking lot, the breakfast is delicious, and the environment is clean and sanitary.

The overall facilities of the hotel are relatively new. The environment in the mountains is also good. However, the sound insulation is not good. The neighboring room was drinking and making noise on the terrace until more than 3 am. I called the front desk to report it, but it was not resolved. It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep at all.
