NNanianhynhThe room was very clean, especially the bed and mattress were super comfortable. The hotel is not big, but the service is very good, the facilities are complete, small and beautiful. I was worried about the Holiday Inn because I booked Marriott in Toronto a few days ago, but it is much better than Marriott. I couldn't sleep well in Marriott for three days because the bed was too soft and uncomfortable. The water in the shower is also quite big, and it feels like home and very warm. I highly recommend it

AAmy-CCWhen I arrived at the front desk at night, they kept saying they couldn't find the order. I was already very tired from coming from the airport. After going back and forth for more than half an hour and changing several people, I finally found the order, but I didn't even hear an apology. The living experience at night was also very bad. The hotel is close to the highway, and the glass windows are not soundproof at all. The whistling vehicles seriously disturbed my sleep. The next day, I communicated with the front desk whether I could change rooms, but I was told that all rooms were equally noisy. This is the answer I received. It seems that I can never book again in the future. The room was not cleaned at all the next day, and I don't know why. No one ever answered the front desk call from the room. The attitude of the front desk was also very unfriendly, no matter day or night. The only elevator kept making a loud noise and shaking a lot. The only bright spot, the swimming pool, was out of use and broken. In short, it was a very bad living experience. I really didn't like it, so I didn't take any photos.
