( am not a morning person but really her way was flawless) She have a great customer service skills by understanding to give me 1 more hr in order to prepare myself even though they were fully booked and needed my room urgently still she did me a favour by giving me time Thank you Jennifer and house keeping Also I want to thank the language boy I dont know his name but he bring my grocery to my room Really 10 out 10 in customer service Regarding the cons The hotel is good for 1 night as a business purpose They have outside parking not in door (( in winter is good but not in summer)

The service of the hotel is very good~ From check in, there is a special person to guide the welcome drink. Valet parking, help send luggage to the room, the same is a lot. The room is very clean and tidy, the pool is great, the hotel's private beach is very close and there are not many people. The only thing that feels not very good is the self-service early. The meal is not rich enough and hot meals need to be ordered instead of picked up

Everything was good. Unfortunately, I had noisy neighbors who were playing music late at night. I had to go down to the reception and ask them to resolve the issue, and about 20 minutes later the music stopped

It's clean, the room is spacious and bright, but the air conditioner is a little noisy, but it doesn't affect the overall

This establishment left me with mixed feelings. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and transportation hubs. However, the rooms felt a tad outdated, lacking modern amenities one would expect. Cleanliness was decent but not spotless. The staff tried their best to be accommodating, yet there were instances where requests took longer than anticipated. Breakfast options were satisfactory but lacked variety. Overall, it served its purpose as a place to rest one's head, but failed to truly impress or provide a remarkable experience. Improvements could elevate it to a more desirable choice for future stays.
