Guest houses in Split

The room was amazing—spotlessly clean and perfectly organized, without the slightest bit of clutter. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and very spacious! It’s also super close to the seaside—just a short walk of about ten minutes—and the bus stop is only a few steps away. The hotel owner was incredibly kind, warm, and friendly. Very satisfied with the hotel, the location of the hotel is great, it is very convenient to go to the attraction, it is thirty or forty meters away from the silver gate of Diocletian's Palace, and the small road leads to the silver gate. The restaurant where the hotel provides breakfast is in the entrance of the silver gate. On the left hand side, take a few steps from the hotel door to the right and then go to the left for a few tens of meters is the Golden Gate, and walk to the seaside street for a few minutes. The hotel receptionist was very patient. After receiving our call, I was waiting for our arrival in the room at the agreed time. I was enthusiastic about the location of the attraction. The hotel should belong to the hotel, there are not many rooms, but the interior is spacious and well-equipped, the decoration is also new, not bad! For Chinese tourists, as long as they overcome the language barrier, there is no problem in staying. Because the hotel is small in size, there is no front desk. If it is coming, the guests should contact the store in English to tell them the arrival time so that they can send people to the room. .

Relatively easy check in. Just remember to reach out to the apartment BEFORE you arrive to make arrangements on when you will arrive that day. The location is IDEAL and PERFECT... right on the waterfront. Amazing view of the waterfront. Room was nice and had what we needed, good shower, wifi, fridge, coffee, kettle.

The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, but unfortunately there were no disposable slippers provided. The front desk clerk was attentive. In addition to the free upgrade room, you can see the sea view, and also introduced a lot of local groups and restaurant information.

Located in an old part of the city, this hidden gem is amazingly situated, modern and very clean! Get the room with the balcony where you are a stones throw from the Palace east gate. It was my partners birthday and the owners left a bottle of sparkling wine which was a lovely touch. The room was spacious enough for us and had air con and fridge plus a hairdryer. Shower was good and lots of lighting in room. Great location for staying close to Riva, the markets and the Palace. One thing to note there’s several flights of stairs and no lift but you get the views!

We had the room up in the attic. The receptionist guy was very helpful showed the code to get into the building (will also have it printed on your receipt of your city tax payment). He made sure the boiler for hot water was on and also the air conditioning. Very nice amenities provided, body wash, vanity kit and body wash and the place was very clean. Also the location is only a couple of minutes away from the old town so perfect for exploring.

This is a self check in hotel. The hotel staff gives you all the instructions to get the key. I was fortunate to arrive at 3 pm and met the person in charge of the hotel. She explained to me everything. During summer if you open the window the AC stops working. So you basically stay with the windows closed or feel the heat with open windows. The breakfast was okay. The crepes were SO big for 1 person. The omelet was good size too. The room is big. There is security box and fridge. Let's mention the bad things: you need to go up to your room and bring your suitcase sometimes to the 3rd floor. The toilet was big but it had a strong smell. The soap for hands was so strong. Very strong smell. Why do you use that soap?. You need to change this (just saying...) . There is a bar in the 1st floor that belongs to the hotel. There was a football match and a person turned on the volume of the TV so loud at 11 pm. I had to go downstairs to tell the staff I had to sleep. Expensive accommodation but what do you expect from Split?

Clean room with very nice bedding. Great location—about 10 minutes walk from the airport shuttle and right next to the old town. Unfortunately the check in process wasn’t easy. Nobody was there when we arrived at about 3pm. There was a phone number and an email address on the door but without a local SIM card we couldn’t get in touch with the host. Finally after we got a local sim and called the host they let us in. Also the description of the amenities is not quite correct. We stayed in room number 5 and it had no desk, kettle or bottles of water unlike advertised in the listing.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic! It was a little confusing to find at first, just need to enter the door and walk up the stairs to the top where 3 rooms are. The room had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water, which was a huge plus. The only real downside was the soundproofing as you can hear people talking quite loudly in the hallways and neighboring rooms. Overall, a good stay.

There is no one at the check-in counter. You have to contact in advance to find out how to check in. And the location of the hotel to check in is quite far. There is no elevator. The interior of the hostel is clean and warm.
