"Unfortunately, the room was terrible. The room was dark as soon as we walked in. Drawers wouldn’t close and one was broken. The darker shade from the window broke down. The lighter shade didn’t properly work and would mive up and down on its own. The air conditioning/fan didn’t seem to turn on properly. The toilet seat was uneven and felt like you were going to fall in. The door latched locked me out from the outside but they were able to get someone to fix it right away. Personnel was nice though."
