"The best choice for affordable accommodation in Badavia. The breakfast is simple but comfortable. There is an Asian restaurant nearby, Yume Asian Bistro, which is delicious and cheap."

"Good place for a simple stay. Blinds didn't work which was unfortunate. Rates were higher than what I would normally pay for 3 star.hotel."

"Clean, updated hotel, everything is clean, updated, breakfasts are normal, the staff is very friendly."

"Best Western is a hotel that I often choose when I go out. This time it still lived up to my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, the service staff was friendly, and the breakfast met my expectations. It was really good 👍"

"The motel location was great however, many bad things were with this motel. I had one bath towel,2 hand towels one wash cloth, no tissues, one roll of toilet paper. I had to work got zero sleep first night due to screaming running toddlers next door with someone smoking ****. Went on the whole time first night. I also did have a cover sheet to cover with, no blanket so I was cold. Didn't have any food cuz my work hours. Second night I got sleep cuz I worked 12 hours and then 16 hours with no sleep. The noise was better but probably cuz I was loud talking with my husband about the night before so those rude people heard. I would never recommend anyone to go to that motel. The worse I have ever dealt with."

"The room is clean, but there is a smell of disinfectant. It is convenient to eat in the surrounding town."

"No breakfast even thought it’s advertised on TRIP. Overall it was okay"

"Convenient transportation, about 50 minutes' drive from Niagara Falls, a good place to stop over when coming from New York. There are hotels nearby and no commercial facilities."

"We ended up with a flat tire and an unusable spare on the NY interstate and Batavia was the closest city to be towed to. Since it was after hours, we had to stay the night until our tire could be repaired the next morning. It was the beginning of the 4th of July weekend so our options were limited and we had to find a place within a 2 mile radius of the service station our car was left at per tow company policies, which is how we ended up at the Days Inn in Batavia. I will start by saying the front desk staff was very kind and helpful. They got us cab info for the next morning and helped us get the best rate possible for our stay (although still WAY more than should have ever been paid for a place like this). BUT, the hotel itself was so run down and the room was disgusting. If we weren't stuck without a car and exhausted from our unexpected mishap, we would have promptly asked for a refund and left. There was mold on the ceiling above one of the beds, grime on the bathroom floor, scratchy military issue looking blankets on the beds, terribly uncomfortable mattresses/pillows, the a/c unit made a loud noise all night, and a room near ours looked like the door had been busted open and left that way (see pictures). My son said it was the scariest place he had ever stayed. When the tow company picked us up the next morning, they said they were so sorry we stayed there. I guess I should have read reviews, but we were in a pickle and I assumed it would be okay based on the price (it wasn't cheap) and it being a Wyndham property. I would advise against staying at this hotel if at all possible."
