The motel location was great however, many bad things were with this motel. I had one bath towel,2 hand towels one wash cloth, no tissues, one roll of toilet paper. I had to work got zero sleep first night due to screaming running toddlers next door with someone smoking ****. Went on the whole time first night. I also did have a cover sheet to cover with, no blanket so I was cold. Didn't have any food cuz my work hours. Second night I got sleep cuz I worked 12 hours and then 16 hours with no sleep. The noise was better but probably cuz I was loud talking with my husband about the night before so those rude people heard. I would never recommend anyone to go to that motel. The worse I have ever dealt with.

This is the first time I have left a negative review on Ctrip! In order to see the total solar eclipse, the price is higher, but the sanitary conditions and facilities of this hotel are too poor! The sheets and pillowcases were not changed, there was a smell, and there were a lot of hairs, the bathroom was not clean, the carpet was dirty, and the body lotion was expired like water. I asked for a change after I got to the room. The two Indian guys were quite enthusiastic and apologized. They even said they would give me free breakfast, but the breakfast was unsightly!
My friend was tricked into giving a good review by a breakfast biscuit, but that’s not allowed in my case. I have to leave a negative review!
In addition, the next day after the order was placed, the price jumped from 700 to more than 2,000? Does Ctrip treat guests as ***? ? ? Don't be fooled!

The room is so big, ours is a suite, the waiters are very kind, and they are very patient with us foreigners if we don't understand.

Very friendly staff and one of the cleanest hotels i been in i recommend it 100 percent if anyone is in the area that wants a good warm place to stay.

The woman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We had to check in well past midnight and she was pleasant and bright eyed. In the morning I realized I'd forgotten my toothbrush and toothpaste which she was able to provide. It was an excellent experience overall. Thank you!

Needed a room for 2 nights in the area and based on the price and good reviews we have it a shot.
The check-in process was quick and easy, and our room was ready when we got there. The room was clean and the AC worked very well; shower had good pressure and hot water. The bed was nice. A little wear and tear in the wallpaper but nothing concerning.
Staff were friendly and helpful. We did not have breakfast at the hotel because we had other plans already but it looked good and stocked well.
Would recommend it if you are looking for a comfortable, clean and friendly place to sleep.
