"The hotel is on the way into the town. You can park your car and walk to the town. It is about two kilometers to the center of the town and takes half an hour to walk. It is a little far, but the price is much cheaper than the hotel in the town. The room is in a small building in the courtyard. It has a large balcony. Below the balcony is the swimming pool. You can see the sea. The facilities are pretty good and the service staff are very friendly. However, because there are large-displacement cars passing by on the roadside, it is still a little noisy in the morning. Overall good and worth recommending."

Despite the lush territory and Saint‑Tropez atmosphere, the stay is overshadowed by operational chaos, poor staff training, and a complete lack of attention to detail. 2. Location The location is objectively strong: 20 minutes on foot to the old town of Saint‑Tropez and 5 minutes by car. Close enough to enjoy the area, far enough to avoid the crowds. Unfortunately, the convenience of the location is one of the few things the hotel gets right. 3. Check‑In & First Impressions Check‑in was disorganized and unprofessional. The staff failed to explain anything, simply stating the room wasn’t ready and that they would “contact me later.” They never did. I had to return to reception myself to get the room. This lack of communication and ownership sets the tone for the entire stay. 4. Rooms The room design is acceptable but unremarkable. Everything you need is technically there, but nothing stands out. The real issue is the terrible soundproofing. Walls feel paper‑thin, and you hear every door slam and hallway conversation. For a hotel in this price category, this is unacceptable. 5. Facilities The property itself is undeniably beautiful: • Expansive, green territory • Three pools • Sea views • Peacocks walking freely However, the execution is sloppy: • Pool sunbeds near the restaurant are poorly designed, with cushions constantly sliding off. • Towels are badly washed, with “clean” ones sometimes arriving damp or stained. The contrast between the stunning setting and the careless maintenance is striking. 6. Dining Breakfast Breakfast is mediocre in both variety and product quality. But the real problem is — again — the service. Wrong coffee delivered, sugar never brought, incomplete table setup, forgotten items. These are not isolated incidents; they happen constantly. Rooftop Restaurant The rooftop restaurant is decent, and service here is noticeably better. Still, the pricing feels inflated for what is offered. 7. "We arrived in Saint Tropez at 10pm, and got instructions from hotel how to get to the room. Around 11 pm we was next to the gate, we enter a code , in fifth time gate was open. We enter with car inside. To the right in was a hotel itself. In description we got from the hotel our room was a up at the stairs. We checked all doors! All doors was closed! We started to call to hotel , no one pick up phone ! And it was just 11 pm . We was making car signal , no one was around ! On the way back a gate was shut down !!! We was locked inside territory of the hotel! We called taxi, no one reply , coz it’s not a season ! Only one hotel with a price room 500€ sent a taxi for us ! We climbed of a wall 3 mtr to get out !!! We lest our car inside !!! In the morning taxi took us same location!!! So it is mean we enter right destination!!! Google maps also say same location we came a night before !!! Hostess texted us to took a car in the morning or she will give us fine 2000€ ! Interesting how we was supposed to took a car if a code not working??? And who was inside if after 100 car signal no one came to us ??"
