The Caledonian Hotel ★★★
"Stayed for one night and was very satisfied overall. Definitely recommend."
Glen Nevis Youth Hostel ★★★★
"Ticked all the boxes for what I needed staff very friendly and helpful & clean couldn’t fault it that’s the second time I’ve stayed probably better if you had a room on it own instead of sharing with others if you don’t time it right you can be waiting on the shower room"
Ben Nevis Hotel & Leisure Club ★★★
"It's okay but will not return."
Travelodge Fort William ★★★
"There is a free parking lot but it isn't large enough for the guests. We went out for a bit and came back and couldn't get a space, the person at the front desk was rude ("I don't run this hotel so not responsible for your problems"), they sent us to an paid (10 pound) parking lot that was much too far away (had to walk 5 min up a hill), they said it cost a fraction of what it actually did. Room was smelly, sink backed up while we were there. Just an awful experience, ruined our stay in Fort William (otherwise a nice town)"
The Garrison ★★★★
"The stay would have been better if the main door to rooms was secured or locked and access with keycard."
Nevis View ★★★
"B&B after Fort William in the town of Corpach. There are two rooms and they are part of the house where the hosts live, kind without being too affable. The bathroom is shared with the other room and it is very clean as is the room. The room was narrow, there were 3 of us with our luggage and we couldn't move even if there were two of us the cost would have been too low. The quality-cost ratio was average. They offer a good Scottish breakfast in the price."
Nevis Bank Inn ★★★★
"The service was very attentive, the location was great, and you could easily access Ben Nevis from the doorstep. The facilities, however, were rather outdated."
MacLean Guest House ★★★★
"We had a very enjoyable stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The amenities were good, although there is still some room for improvement. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would happily stay here again."
Alexandra Hotel ★★★
"This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The bathroom heater is broken, the indoor temperature is low, the bed is small and the quilt is thin."
Choose the Perfect Fort William Stay for Your Travel Needs
Muthu Fort William Hotel
"Although small, it has everything. The whole hotel is decorated in a British style, with a very antique style. The hotel staff is warm and welcoming, patiently explaining your questions. The hotel buffet has a rich variety of dishes."
Loch Leven Hotel & Distillery
"Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Fort William houses are difficult to book in August. The house I saw online said it was a superior cabin. I really didn't understand the point of the room. When I went there, I realized that it looked like a high-end prefabricated house. About twelve square meters. It’s not like Fifteen square meters as described by Ctrip. As soon as I entered the house, it smelled like sweat. The house was very cold because it was on an open field. There is a heating system, but it heats up very slowly. I heated it until eleven o'clock and it was only twenty degrees. The bathroom was about one level and I couldn't take a shower in it. I slept all night with my clothes on. The key point is that a house like this costs more than 2,200 a night at this time. We booked two rooms for two nights. After sleeping all night, I decided not to stay any longer. The boss doesn't check out. Ctrip thought I was a high-quality customer and refunded 500 yuan to me. I just think it's a big hole. Breakfast in the morning is a la carte with a small amount of buffet. Not tasty. It feels like you made your own sausage. Unpalatable."
Onich Hotel & Lochside Beach Pods
"Beautiful scenery, very comfortable and warm hotel"
Guisachan Guest House
"Although it is just a family hotel, it can be seen that they are very attentive in their service. They really want to try their best to provide guests with considerate service and catering. Although small, it has everything. The hotel is located on the hillside of the town, and the scenery is also first-class. I am very satisfied. The only drawback is that there is no elevator, but there are only two floors, which is still acceptable."
The Imperial Hotel
"Great location. The hotel was a bit run down. We got rooms on the top floor. Rooms were big but old."
Inverlochy Castle Hotel
"One of the best country house hotels in Europe i have stayed at inverlochy castle 4/5x its always sublime!"
Glentower Lower Observatory
"From start to finish a lovely welcoming stay. Last minute change the facilities and accommodation were exactly as described. Would recommend the hosts and staff were excellent. Nice freshly cooked breakfast served at our table. Nothing was an inconvenience. Loved the free standing bath."
The Corran
"The self-service check-in was quite convenient, and although it faces the pier, it was very quiet at night."
Treetops B&B
"My wife and I had a wonderful time in Scotland, and JJ, Joe and their staff made our stay very homely. Thank you for your warm welcome and hospitality, and we hope to see you again in the not so distant future. Debs and Dah!"
The Factor's Inn & Factor's Cottage
"Be careful when staying here. There is no one in the hotel except you, not to mention breakfast and other services. Check-in is done at the castle hotel a few hundred meters away, and you have to take the key and come back by yourself. It is seriously inconsistent with the hotel introduction. It's a dark house alone in the dark night with only you👀"
The Base Camp Hotel, Nevis Range
"Very nice hotel with amazing views. Location is decent but not next to the climbing path for Ben Nevis. Also the road to it is quite long and slightly slanted so was very icy - be careful. Otherwise very clean and nice lady at the desk. Parking is free. And price is very good."
Glenlochy Nevis Bridge Apartments
"We stayed here for 4 nights, we had a 2 bed apartment everything you need for your stay is here. Very quiet at night also. Well situated for fortwilliam centre and the surrounding areas. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs with in walking distance. Owners are very helpful and will answer any questions very quickly. Lovely walks in the near area, Also very close to Ben Nevis visitor center Would highly recommend these apartments ."
Corran Bunkhouse
"The service was excellent and the hotel was very clean. The staff were very attentive and helpful, giving directions and recommending itineraries. The location was perfect, with convenient transportation. We were very satisfied with our stay."
