"Me and my partner have just stayed two nights in the Judges room, the lovely staff in CJ's which is part of the Gothic guest house allowed us to check in early from as soon as we arrived to checking out we felt welcome and looked after. Couldn't recommend these two places more and if we are ever back in East Grinstead we will definitely pop in."

"Booked this 'hotel' on ***********. On arrival we realised that it is more like a bed and breakfast. The rooms were booked for two nights. We informed the proprietor of our disappointment and agreed to forfeit the first night. We actually then booked into another hotel at Crawley and slept at the other hotel. Brian the keeper, chef, receptionist, cleaner and all insisted that he cannot cancel and charged my credit card for rooms not used for two nights. We spent the two nights at Sandman Signature Crawley where we had an awesome night. Customers please beware. Everything at this hotel is contrary to adverts."
