"The hotel was very accessible from Gatwick. A short and cheap bus ride away. The hotel itself was not in the best location but that was my responsibility tbh. The staff both at reception and restaurant were really helpful and friendly. The Spa was small and busy but again perfectly good. The room itself was good though I felt I couldn’t control the temp very well and found it a little chilly. Again, my responsibility to let them know but I didn’t. I’d definitely go again if I had my own transport but not otherwise."

"The hotel was booked in a very urgent situation. It is very cost-effective and suitable for people who are catching a flight. Because the booking was made very quickly, it exceeded the check-in time at the front desk. Finally, the boss came at 11 o'clock in the evening. Thank you very much. There is a bus that goes directly to the airport within a three-minute walk from the hotel. The hygiene is far from the hotel, but it is acceptable to stay for one night. Thank you for the assistance of the boss and trip. Finally, I still checked in late at night. There are stairs to check in, no elevator. Girls should try not to carry large suitcases"
