Felbridge Gatwick Hotel & Spa

Excellent hotel. I’ve stayed a number of times, all good. Plenty of parking.

Reception staff helpful, moved us into room with bath as requested. Room was large, with coffee machine, but bit dusty, would have preferred a regular TV not Internet one, and woken by noise outside the room in the morning. Bed was hard, and two singles joined together is not that comfy. Neither of us slept well unfortunately. Free parking was good. Would have liked to try the pool and hot tub and gym but only stayed one night and ran out of time. Handy for travel to Gatwick Airport. Value for money.

Great location, a nice easy journey to my daughter and grandchildren in Hailsham and close to M25 for journey home. Staff friendly, easy check in and out.

Wonderful, reception very nice and helpful. Room comfortable and I slept well. Will book again.

I’ve been using the fellow Hotel for many years. It is a good clean Hotel with quality beds and good linen the staff for extremely helpful.

Service and staff was impeccable. Found the bed and pillows a little uncomfortable

The hotel was very accessible from Gatwick. A short and cheap bus ride away. The hotel itself was not in the best location but that was my responsibility tbh. The staff both at reception and restaurant were really helpful and friendly. The Spa was small and busy but again perfectly good. The room itself was good though I felt I couldn’t control the temp very well and found it a little chilly. Again, my responsibility to let them know but I didn’t. I’d definitely go again if I had my own transport but not otherwise.
