The AC do not work and I did ask about it later on at the reception but they never bothered trying to have a look or get someone down to repair it. "Overall nice hotel, good sized room, nice and modern. Big comfortable bed. Only faults was there was a load of ladybirds in the bathroom, looks like there was some form of infestation. Only noticed this in the morning and reported it to the front desk when checked out. The bathroom door is also frosted with the window leaking through so was quite bright in the morning, think this might have just been my room though with it being on the end. It was great location for a wedding I attended at Hooton Pagnall Hall - only 10 mins away so great location for what I needed. Staff were friendly. Would recommend"

"What a wonderful stay we had at Home Farm, the owners were lovely and took time to make sure everything was perfect, which it was. The beautiful spacious rooms were very well equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean, we wanted for nothing. There was a very good selection of cereals, pastries, fruit, yogurts, tea, coffee, orange juice, bread and milk for our continental breakfast. The grounds were beautifully kept, manicured lawns, with lovely flower beds. What an absolute gem this place is and I can not recommend it highly enough. We will definitely be visiting again. Thank you Richard and Kerry."
