"Everything was perfect! From check in to check out, I stayed for 2 nights and had THE best sleep! I stayed on the 5th floor and the views at every side of the hotel are beautiful and very quiet. Breakfast was beautiful too and you can catch an amazing sunrise over the racecourse if you are an early riser like me :) Also the room and hotel is spotless so I hope a huge thanks is best onto the cleaners too! My room was as if it was brand new"

"Good location for the football ground but someway from the town and the station. A smaller Travelodge and as such there is no bar or restaurant. Nice view of the lake but noise coming from local outlets will put people off who want windows open"

"My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was very spacious with a large bathroom, and the amenities were excellent. The snacks and coffee machine were a great bonus. The breakfast selection was fantastic—especially the made-to-order à la carte options, which were a pleasant surprise as this isn’t common in other hotels I’ve stayed at in the UK. We would definitely come back and stay here again."

"Fantastic first time staying at this lovely hotel. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by such a kind lady on reception, she was called Mandeya. I was asking if we could park there as we were early, but when she asked the reason for our stay and I explained it was my daughters 9th birthday, she went above and beyond by asking what kind of things she liked. She said our room was ready and she let us check in early but said to wait 5 minutes. In the room she had been and left a lovely birthday message for my daughter and also her friend so she didn’t feel left out and left some lovely little gifts. She was so kind and my daughter was very happy and it made her day. All the staff were so friendly but Mandela made the trip much more special. The breakfast was lovely. Lots of choice. Rooms very clean and great air con. The hotel location is fabulous, literally on the door step of the outlet shopping park and near a cinema and lake, where you can have a nice walk. We also travelled to Yorkshire wildlife park which is amazing and only a 15 minute drive away, overall a fantastic stay and we will definitely be booking again soon. Special shout out to Mandeya for making my daughters trip extra special."

"Staff great hotel run down smells of sewage bath fills when showering because of drainage there is probably a 80% chance of vehicle getting broke into Glass on floor in car park not near anything seen better hostels"

"Overall nice hotel, good sized room, nice and modern. Big comfortable bed. Only faults was there was a load of ladybirds in the bathroom, looks like there was some form of infestation. Only noticed this in the morning and reported it to the front desk when checked out. The bathroom door is also frosted with the window leaking through so was quite bright in the morning, think this might have just been my room though with it being on the end. It was great location for a wedding I attended at Hooton Pagnall Hall - only 10 mins away so great location for what I needed. Staff were friendly. Would recommend"
