"The hotel overall is good, we booked 4 rooms there, however we had a few problems with then that we don’t expect from a 5 star hotel. 1. We reached the hotel at 2:30 PM, 30 minutes past the arrival time and have already conveyed that at 1:30, about our arrival, still they did not had any room prepared and told us it will take and hour. 2. Due to them taking so long we want to Dwarkadhish temple, when we returned back at 6:30 they gave YS twin bed room despite our booking of King Bed and one of the rooms were completely wet that a person might even slip and fall on the floor. 3 Though the staff was cooperative and upgraded 2 rooms to family suit, the rest two were twin bed itself."
