Hotel Guruprerna Beacon Dwarkadhish is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. They charge a very high amount, but the room condition is extremely poor. The walls and ceiling were full of dampness and fungus, and flakes of damp plaster were literally falling from the ceiling onto our faces. The hygiene and maintenance are unacceptable. The breakfast was not worth the money at all. In fact, anyone can stay in a much better 4-star or even 5-star hotel in December for the amount this hotel charges. They advertise a double bed, but it is actually a single bed, where two adults cannot sleep comfortably. When we asked for an extra bed, they provided a half-sized bed that is not even suitable for a child. The staff behavior was also very disappointing. They were unprofessional and did not even know basic billing calculations. They charged me ₹500 extra, which I had to argue about. Overall, the staff seemed careless and poorly trained. We booked what was called an “Executive Family Room”, and it turned out to be horrible. If this is their executive category, I can only imagine the condition of their deluxe rooms. During our stay, I also saw another guest arguing with the staff about the poor bed and mattress quality—clearly, no one was satisfied. This hotel is worth no more than ₹1500 per night. Spending ₹8000 for one night here is a complete waste of money. If you spend less, you may expect less—but paying this much and getting such poor quality is unacceptable. If you are traveling with family, please do not choose this hotel. It’s better to pay ₹1000 more and stay somewhere else. There are many good hotels nearby, such as Park Hotel, Divine Inn, and several others in the area. If anyone wants more details or firsthand experience about this hotel, feel free to message me.
