The arranged lake view room can see a small park next to it, and the view is very wide. "As the first luxury hotel in De'an, I definitely had to stay here when I went back to my hometown. I stayed for four nights in a row. Here are my specific impressions: the hardware is indeed comparable to five-star hotels in Sanya and Jiangsu and Zhejiang, but there are still many shortcomings. For example, the staff lacked service awareness. I often encountered staff coming and going in the corridors, and they didn't greet customers. The front desk staff were not professional enough and didn't know the answers to my questions. The concierge staff at the entrance were expressionless and not proactive in helping with my luggage. The breakfast was terrible. There were very few local specialties, and the hotel breakfast selection was limited. The female chef was also very rude. The walls inside the hotel are now covered in dirt, and no one seems to be maintaining them. It risks becoming like the De'an Hotel, similar to the old De'an Grand Hotel. For a hotel to thrive in the long run, like established hotels in Hong Kong, even though they are old and have outdated facilities, they excel in service and maintenance. I hope this hotel can be like them, at least providing a clean and comfortable hotel option for those of us returning home. Also, the non-smoking policy is a major problem. Although it's a small city and people's manners are generally lower, many still request non-smoking rooms. I specifically chose a non-smoking floor, but the guests across the hall were smoking in the hallway and right outside their rooms, without any smoke detectors. I hope there will be better oversight in this area."
