The black fungus, in particular, had a meaty flavor, thanks to the beef tenderloin and bell peppers inside, which combined with the fungus's delicate aroma, making it very chewy. Their noodle dishes were also excellent, including pastries and steamed dumplings. Their fried dumplings and fried eggs were very fragrant. Since I arrived quite late, I asked the chef to reheat them for me. The chef was very attentive, patient, and attentive.
