"The hotel has a good location, close to Vanderbilt University, and decent facilities, including a swimming pool, gym, and laundry room. However, the service was terrible, especially the housekeeping staff, all of whom were Hispanic and didn't understand English. They were also unprofessional, frequently forgetting to clean the room or leave out the daily toiletries and coffee containers. Complaints to the front desk went unanswered; it was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. My deposit has still not been refunded (it's been over two weeks)."

Hampton Inn Nashville/Brentwood I-65S

"Scott was the attendant when we arrived. He was amazing. He was kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. He deserves a raise and a promotion. I was in the 4th floor and the hallways hah ac extremely strong chemical smell, like industrial glue or paint thinner. It was enough to take your breath away. It didn't get into the rooms thankfully, but you certainly didn't want to leave them because it was so strong. We were advised by Scott that the hotel was undergoing renovations and he was extremely apologetic. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the same can't be said for the shower. The water was lukewarm at best and not warm enough for my granddaughter or daughter to take a shower. We were unable to try the breakfast as we woke up to an area wide power outage due to extreme weather. Overall, the best thing about staying here was the outstanding customer service we received and that would probably be the only reason I would come back again."

"We didn’t get to use all the amenities, but what we did get to use was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and we had a spacious room. My only complaint was that the bathroom was a little small, but it was clean and that’s really what matters!"
