Excellent food, from breakfast to room service. A lovely spa and quite capable, considerate masseuse. Lovely views over the river and walking distance from attractions downtown, and an easy 15 minute ride from Vanderbilt, or about 20 minutes to the airport. Highly recommend!"

"I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The gentlemen working valet were outstanding—professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. They managed my needs seamlessly while also handling several demanding guests with grace and efficiency. Their level of customer service was truly impressive, and each of them has a bright future in hospitality. The room was meticulously clean and exceptionally well maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. One unexpected highlight was the water. As someone who frequently visits Nashville, I've often had issues with the local water. Whatever treatment is used typically irritates my skin and can even make me feel unwell, to the point that I usually use bottled water just to brush my teeth. To my surprise, the water at this hotel was wonderful. I experienced none of the usual issues and was able to use it without any discomfort. It may seem like a small detail, but it made a significant difference in the quality of my stay. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville, TN."

"Location-wise, this hotel is totally good. Close to a lot of necessities as well as the night fun. However, everything at this hotel needs to be purchased. E.g. Wifi, bottled water, and some others. The breakfast was just ok. Few options to choose from and it was the same for every single day. The check-in process was really hesitant. Need to wait for almost an hour to complete the check-in process even though the payment has been completely paid online. The room is just ok and you need to advise the roomkeeper to change the bed sheet every day. Otherwise, they will not do so. Overall, it wasn’t worth staying since there are some other hotels nearby to choose from and they can serve us better."

"The room was clean and nicely designed. Breakfast is à la carte; if breakfast is included, each person has a $30 allowance to order from the restaurant in the morning, and the food is pretty good. The gym is passable. The location is good, very close to the Broadway core area, yet not in the heart of it, so you can avoid some of the hustle and bustle. The only thing I didn't like was the bed; for some reason, it wasn't breathable, and I sweated a lot all night, even with the air conditioning set to the lowest temperature. I think it's a problem with the bed."

"Great Spot! Walking distance to downtown, the one complaint would be that the hotel is at the top of a hill and trust me that feels so tall after a night out. Great staff all super friendly. Clean rooms. My one complaint would be if you have noisy neighbors the walls are thin and you can hear them and hear people outside but that totally depends on luck of the draw. Overall great trip loved this hotel!"

"Ladies and gentlemen, if you're looking for the perfect hotel in Nashville, you've come to the right place. I've stayed in many places, but this one is truly top-notch! From the comfortable rooms to the superb breakfasts. The laundry service was expensive, but everything was perfectly clean and pressed. There's city parking nearby, plus plenty of nearby parking garages. The Johnny Cash Museum, the Museum of Country Music, the Predators Hockey Arena, and the city's main street are all within walking distance. The hotel has a fitness center, so you won't be able to work out with weights, but there's a variety of cardio equipment. Overall, if you're in Nashville, this is the hotel to stay at!"
