Excellent hotel. Excellent location. Helpful and smiling staff.
The only problem we had was that we asked to extend our stay by one more night, the price jumped to double then what we paid for one night.
(We had to look for another hotel and in the end we found an excellent hotel at a better price and in a better location....so everything worked out for the best for us...)

The sheets were dirty and had to be changed, there was NO hand soap in the restroom and when i asked for some they were confused on what i was asking for. The hand soap they finally got for our room was a bottle that was meant to slide into a container mounted to the wall which our room didnt have... so did no one else want hand soap in the restroom??
Our luggage was delivered by Delta and the front desk didnt bother to let us know or offer to bring it up to our room, we ordered room service which was brought up in to-go containers, cold food and of course no microwave in the room to heat up food. The only thing good was the Vallet parking attendants, BUT, at $63 a day it is WAY over priced. Very disappointed by this hotel

We did appreciate the room lay-out and view, however the finishes are aging and the room could have been more clean.
Given the limited amenities and services offered during our stay we don't think the $22 resort fee are justified.
Location is really convenient.

Couldn’t beat the price for the location!
So close to what’s happening on Broadway, just a walk of a few minutes. Will definitely be rebooking when we visit again!

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in and I travel ALOT! The room was clean to perfection. I spilled one water on the floor and when I went to wipe it the paper towel wasn’t even brown with dirt as I would expect from having wiped the floor which really speaks to how clean they keep the Rooms. Definitely will be booking again

All of the hotel staff was super! Our bed and pillows were somewhat uncomfortable. Pillow too big and bed was hard onmy old bones.

The decor and hotel itself are very nice. Front desk people were friendly but not very knowledgeable. Bartender was either new or under trained......he struggled. The young men who parked cars, handled luggage and gave advice on restaurants and Nashville in general were AMAZING!! Great group of people.
Was disappointed that the hotel advertises each room has a turntable and records, while in fact they are only in the lobby and played for 1 hr a day. Great trip overall, just not sure I'd stay at the Holston House next time

Loved the decor of the old building, the staff was great, location was very good. Short walk and we were right in the middle of all the activities on Broadway. Loved it

Really great spot, friendly people and comfortable beds. Restaurant downstairs is delicious as well. Only knock is the rooms are a little small and kind of a funky design, not a lot of space if you have multiple people staying in the same room.
