"The location is central and convenient, but the hotel was very dirty with stained bedsheets, bugs, boogers on the walls, and hairs in the bed. The room looks nice on photos, but don't look closely. It's also very noisy with groups of vendors on scooters congregating in front of the hotel at 4 am. Lots of traffic noise. Also, the windows don't seal properly, so all the noise comes in. Staff was friendly and helpful, price was ok, good view but pretty terrible experience overall because of lack of cleanliness."

The biggest plus is definitely the staff: incredibly lovely, enthusiastic, always providing quick and thoughtful support in every situation. I didn't encounter any inconvenience during my entire stay. The quiet environment and good soundproofing made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. This was a very worthwhile experience, and I will definitely return in the future."
