I asked for it to be cleaned and met with refusal as it demands specialist engineer! I said give me your vac and i will do it, refuseed. I am a little asthmatic do all this didin't help. NO PARKING!! Car parks are not atteneded and systems didn't work in one."

Even though it was close to them, the place felt safe. It had all the basic amenities and it was clean. The people at reception were nice as well."
