I asked for it to be cleaned and met with refusal as it demands specialist engineer! I said give me your vac and i will do it, refuseed. I am a little asthmatic do all this didin't help. NO PARKING!! Car parks are not atteneded and systems didn't work in one."

There is no facial tissue or mineral water in the room. I bought them from the nearby supermarket. The sink’s sewer is broken, and there are no landlines in the room to contact the reception."
