Hotel un pò troppo lontano, dal centro, e quindi difficile da raggiungere a piedi, camera con un bel balcone, ordinata, pulita, e ben tenuta, con un bel bagno peccato per l'asciugacapelli rovinato con polvere al suo interno,, tv nuova e climatizzatore che funziona a dovere ma prese della corrente da riverede, la colazione me l'aspettavo molto più ricca, con più scelta e magari qualcosa di tipico, però quelle poche cose non erano del tutto male.

Con la mia famiglia e quella di mio cugino (6 adulti) abbiamo trascorso 3 notti del fine settimana appena trascorso. Siamo stati accolti, da Giovanni e Manuela (solo telefonicamente che purtroppo non abbiamo avuto modo di complimentarci con loro di persona). Sono stati comunque sempre presenti e raggiungibili per qualsiasi eventualità e per ogni nostra richiesta, in qualsiasi giorno e a qualsiasi ora Struttura pulita con tutti i servizi necessari, abbastanza vicina da tutti i punti di interesse, alla stazione e alla fermata della metro, ma in posizione tranquilla sotto tutti gli aspetti. Colazione presso il Bar BELLAVITA che offre una vastissima scelta di golosità di grande qualità dove il personale è molto professionale, gentile e disponibile (decisamente più di alcuni locali blasonati e decantati). Da parte nostra tutti concordi... bravi tutti e complimenti sinceri. Giovanni e Manuela grazie, con la vostra serietà e attenzione avete contribuito a rendere questi giorni indimenticabili nella bellissima Napoli.

Although the Naples train station is always said to be unsafe, the hotel itself is still very safe. You can see the hotel when you come out of the train station, it is very close. You can get off at the subway station at the door, and the airport bus station is also at the door, so the transportation is very convenient. I checked in early before the check-in time that day, and I also upgraded the room. I can see the view of Mount Vesuvius and the sunrise the next day. It was a good experience👌🏻

It is also a tourist hotel belonging to the local old people. The inside of the hotel is very clean, mainly because it is a bit messy outside, especially there are many bars around, and there will be loud drunk noise in the middle of the night. However, the location is very good. If you can physically, the attractions in the city center are within walking distance, or you can take a subway to Dante Square in the back and walk to the subway station in 5 minutes. The front desk service is good, the booked room is not good, the beauties helped to upgrade the room for half an hour and explained it very clearly. Breakfast is good, there is no parking lot, the standard room is small and no extra bed is available. We upgraded the standard room to the apartment. The apartment is very good. The sofa bed should be 4 feet, and there are two bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. Still recommended, but the price is not very high.

Hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I truly enjoyed my whole stay at this hotel. Room was clean and location was excellent (just next to Centrale train station). Strongly recommend to all travelers planning to come Napoli!!!

I've given the Colombo an excellent rating because of its value for money. You've all probably read the comments about the area but most people we definitely did not feel unsafe at all. The street sellers never bothered us once even when we stopped to look at their goods. This hotel was spotless clean and our room was cleaned daily and fresh towels every day. All the staff there were incredibly friendly and Dario especially. Nothing was too much trouble. He answered all our questions on places to see and best way to get there. He also staffed the dining room for breakfast and made you fresh coffee to order. No complaints about the breakfast as it was exactly what we'd expected of an Italian hotel breakfast. Great location I'd you're arriving in Naples from the main Garibaldi station. We caught the Alibus ( Airport shuttle) from the airport to Garibaldi Station for €5 each one way. The hotel was easy to find and literally a 5 minute walk from the station. The underground metro also runs from Garibali Square. We paid €4.50 for a day pass. Very easy to purchase from the machines in English or the manned ticket office opposite the machine. English spoken to. Caught to train to Herculaneum no problem. Get off at Ercolano Scavi station then a few mins walk to Herculaneum in a straight line. I can highly recommend that trip and book a guided tour definitely as you learn so much than you would just walking around unguided or even with an audio guide. A tour of the San Carlo Theatre is a must. English/Italian daily at 11.30 and 3 each day. €9 for the guided tour.

It is a homestay. Contact the landlord in advance before arrival (the phone number left by Ctrip may be wrong), otherwise you will not be able to enter the courtyard door and the building door. The landlord is a very good and educated gentleman and uncle. He is enthusiastic about introducing the local situation. The free morning breakfast in the street coffee shop is also delicious. The coffee fruit snacks are pure water. There is a kettle for cooking utensils, the room is clean and tidy, the subway station is also at the street corner 3-5 minutes away, the surrounding environment is safe and quiet, and it takes more than 20 minutes to walk to the beach.

The advantage of the hotel is that the location is particularly good. The entrance is not easy to find, it is in a small courtyard on Chiaja Road. The Zhou Wei visitor area is very safe, and Brandi Pizzeria (the inventor of Margherita pizza) is downstairs. There are good restaurants not far away. The room is quite decent, the facilities are old, and it's liveable. The quilt has no core but only a blanket (traditional in Italy). People who are not used to it can only consider chain hotels.

We had a lovely stay, the room was very nice with a really comfortable bed, with top quality sheets and Pillows. Breakfast was nice, we had great dinner both nights, first night room service and second was in the Restaurant on the balcony overlooking the Port, amazing views.
