"I really enjoyed my 1 night here and was very good for a hostel . Beds were comfy and private and bathrooms were lovely and clean . The staff were super helpful and accommodating and was such a social hub with things to do each night and makes it much easier for meeting people while travelling . The breakfast was a great deal too and luggage storage was super helpful . As well as popping in and out of ther hub area even after I had left . Felt very looked after and will be coming back"

"Get your towel for 3.5eur) It's very clean and nice especially if you are not at the full packed room. Even at Final LE it looked empty, haha. But all the rooms were purchased. It takes time to get the city and back, hostel locates up on the hill. Big canteen with breakfast included: you may have your bun, pack if jam and butter, cocoa or coffee cup, orange juice and corn with milk."

"The guesthouse is located 180 meters from the Basarrate metro station in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We arrived at midnight and easily found it by the brightly lit kitchen display, just like in the photo. Despite detailed instructions, we were unable to check in ourselves. We were checked in by phone, given a code to enter the house and room. We were assigned room 10, located right by the entrance. It's small, but it has enough space for a spacious bed, a table, open clothes hangers, a refrigerator, and a private bathroom. Motorized blinds are installed to block out the bright street lights. The shared kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and laundry. The internet connection is quite decent; it went out once, but after contacting the hosts, it was restored within a day. The house is spotlessly clean and quiet. Common areas are cleaned daily, and rooms are cleaned upon request. The staff is polite and friendly, and it's easy to contact the hosts via WhatsApp. This is a convenient location for visiting Bilbao and the surrounding area."
